"Convenient for the show that we were going to @ the Millennium Centre. Very friendly staff & clean & comfortable room. Will use again in the future. "
"Excellent stay, as all Daniel thwaites brand hotels usually are...
Great food, great rooms, really comfortable, great hotel layout, milk and water dispensers in the hallway, which are genius idea, really make the difference for an avid tea/coffee drinker... Spa, gym, pool facilities are fabulous, very relaxing and well kept. Staff were lovely as usual, they pick good people.
Only thing I'd complain about is having to pay for parking, which I didn't expect... But it was only a fiver per night so not too unreasonable."
