The room was clean, the A/C worked fine and was easy to control, and it was nice having a small refrigerator - which we used - and a microwave - which we didn't use but was available. The breakfast food was about on par with other hotels. I always like hotels with waffle makers, and this one had two. The two front desk people with whom I had contact were both very helpful - couldn't have done better.
On the flip side - and these weren't big deals - there was only one elevator to serve three floors. It worked fine, but it would've been nice to have a nearby stairwell as an option. Instead, the stairwells were at opposite ends, a long walk from the elevator. A design issue; nothing the hotel can do about it now. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it steamed up like a sauna while taking a shower. Lots of hotels have this same issue. The indoor swimming pool was small, and the room itself wasn't ventilated. So the smell of chlorine was overwhelming. But, hey, at least they're using it!
As I said earlier, these were small issues that wouldn't keep me from staying here again. Overall, it was a good experience.
