So the cereal incident is a new one...
Staff was decent. Plumbing had issues being worked on. Not mad about it. However the other guests of this hotel made it a pretty unpleasant unrestful trip. There was definitely at least one loud fight outside my room that kept me up. Went outside this morning to find that someone had either thrown (vommited maybe??) an entire bowl of cereal off the second floor balcony onto a bunch of our cars in the parking lot. It was Chex FYI. There was Chex cereal on my van roof and surrounding area. Uh do with that what you want upper management. Was busy dethawing the ice off my van, should have taken photos. Kinda regret not taking photos actually.

No telephone, no microwave or fridge. The room was full of bugs. Talked with the front desk staff and response was no amenities in the room because guests would just steal them. Also stated they knew the rooms were terrible. What you get is what you get. Really disappointed as we were here for a surgery and had to settle for subpar lodging.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
I had a reservation for me and my fiancé. We have our daughter with us so this is not the type of place I would want them to stay at. We walked in and the place crawled with bugs everywhere. I turn on the bathroom light and it was even worse. How is this even aloud? Nobody wants to stay in a big infested building. We checked the covers as well and there’s were no bed bugs or anything like that surprisingly but we instantly walked tf out and asked for a refund. Oh, and btw it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten my refund. I called the corporate and I’m still waiting for the money back.
