Never again!
We Booked 2 monthts ago and stated we would be traveling with a service dog. Front desk woman tried to tell me my service dog was not allowed in the room and had to sleep in my car when it was a low of 19 at night, then when I told her it was against the law to deny service dog entry put me into a long term living room ( i was to have 2 queen beds. She told me they only had 1 king .... I was traveling with my husband and daughter.) When we go to the room it was a full size bed in a dark dingy room. I had only booked a one night stay. I went back up and told them this would not work she told me tuff you paid for two night not my problem. they have open rooms up top...they chose to make this difficult due to my service dog.
We only booked one night and they charged for 2 nights.
I have stayed one night , woman refused to give me check out papers and now I get to fight Hotels.com and my credit card company.
