Hello - we loved this property and will come back. The staff that checked us in - training - were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and modern. Every staff member was always nice and helpful. The convenience of the restaurant, cafe, etc. was important - also, what a beautiful park to walk through. Love the location of the hotel- right at the expressway exit if you're driving into Lyon and convenient local tram connections to city centre. Quiet and tranquil with a huge park and by the Rhone nearby. The property is very dated and seen better days. We were on the 6th floor and it smelled musky with a hint of sewage. Check in and check out staff were very friendly and welcoming.
