We did like this Hotel and would describe it as three star grading.It is in a great location and ideal for shopping ,day and night.Our room was small but had everything that we needed although a little adequate .The staff were quietly helpful .The cleaning of our room was basic ,not spotless but enough.We would stay there again now that we now what to expect.

Simple, chic boutique hotel in a convenient area easily walkable to food and shopping. Friendly, professional host. The room was simple and a little on the older side but had a/c, coffee/water, was clean, and faced onto a quiet lot. Overall would go again. Be warned that the entrance is on a steep hill, for those who might need help walking.

You’re just a short stroll away from the vibrant Taksim Square and some of Istanbul’s most famous historical sites, making it perfect for exploring the city. The hotel itself is fantastic—comfortable, clean, and modern, with excellent amenities. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and I want to especially mention Baris. He treated me like family, always ensuring that I had everything I needed and offering helpful recommendations for things to see and do around the city. His kindness and generosity were beyond what I expected, and it truly made my time in Istanbul unforgettable. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines a great location, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Galata Royal Hotel is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

Hotel situato in posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi la torre di Galata, İstiklal Caddesi, ponte di galata e Karakoy, servito da molti mezzi di trasporto nelle vicinanze. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, pulita e dotata anche di un piccolo balcone. Personale cordiale. Purtroppo la struttura si trova in una ripida salita, quindi non agevole per chi è dotato di scarsa mobilità

Das Unterkunft hat auch Hamam angeboten kostet extra aber der Service war schrecklich.Die Mitarbeiter vom hamam sind aus Tailand glaube ich gewesen und konnten absolut kein kese waren sehr enttäuscht zudem ging alles sehr hektisch und schnell das Geld war es nicht wert.Wir haben uns im Hotel beschwert aber es war kein entgegenkommen leider.
