Will not go back
My husband stayed in the room while I was at a work meeting. He was using the bathroom when all of a sudden he heard the door open. There was a staff member entering our room without permission to enter. My husband asked what was going on and why he was entering the room. He said he was wanting to know if we needed more towels. I have never in my life heard of a staff member entering a guest's room mid morning to ask something like that. The bathroom was not clean. There were hairs in the tub. The only good thing I can say is that the breakfast attendant was very nice. Other than that, I would never stay here again.

Pet friendly and clean
The room was clean. The tub faucet didn't turn off completely. The beds were soft. The TV had a huge number of channels. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool, spa or workout center. The hotel is pet friendly with a $15 dollar charge per pet.

Clean but old and worn, room not serviced
Not a typical Quality Inn. Our room had definitely seen better days, especially the bathtub, which had a huge stain. The maid did not service our room, so no coffee for the coffeemaker our second day, and we had to ask the front desk for towels. Breakfast bar was good; the person who oversees that truly cared that everyone was taken care of. There is no restaurant or bar, but fast food restaurants are within walking distance. With multiple hotel chains in the area, I would be inclined to choose a different one.
