I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The scenic mountain views from my room were breathtaking, and I loved how conveniently located the hotel was near so many stores. The parking was also very convenient. Aside from room being outdated & musty, it needed thorough cleaning. There was no garbage bins in the room even in the bathroom. The TV was broken but the staff quickly bought a new TV which was a good thing. The staff are nice, and that's about it. This hotel is rundown.

The property has several buildings, some under construction. When we booked, we had no idea. Our room was in the area under construction! Not sure if our room had been done or not but if it was overhauled, the owners went super cheap. I need more apace to mention everything that was wrong so I'll just say don't book here in 2024 because it’s not acceptable.

Property was fairly run down. I asked for a ADA room and the only room they had, still had stairs to get to it. Generally dirty. Room was clean. Bathroom was very small, did not have hand rails and only had two small towels to use. I refused to stay the second night. Cancelled and the owners said they will refund my second day after the fact. I am still waiting to see how they do on that. office and front desk if NOT 24/7. That is a blatant lie on the site.

Appeared to be under new management and renovation, but probably shouldn't be open right now. Room was seedy - there was a squashed cockroach on an old telephone book, the shower didn't work great and was leaky, there were stains in the sheets. There were scrapped appliances all over the property. The layout is confusing and some parts of the building are inaccessible. The pool looked clean though!
