Filthy
This hotel looks like it hadn’t been cleaned on the outside and inside the lobby and the enclosed pool area in years. Furniture in lobby was absolutely filthy and stained. Dust was all over furniture and fixtures. Check in system was not working. Asked to see room before we would stay there because of the condition of lobby, front desk and pool area. Clerk said we could but we wouldn’t like it. The room needed updating but we were so exhausted we decided to stay. I am shocked that Wyndem would associate their name with this location.

Was working out of town and specifically looked on websites for Hot tub. This motel has been without for 2 years which is not indicated on website. The room was clean and staff was accommodating. Outside lighting went off while still dark early morning.

I made the reservation online. When my husband and I arrived at the hotel, the front desk person could not find our reservation. He said that they were having problems with their system. It took a few minutes for him to give us a key to our room. When we went to open our room, it was occupied by someone else. We had to go back to the front desk and request another room. We were given another room but this one had what seemed like a full size bed instead of a king size which is what I had booked. To make things worse, one side of the mattress had a big bump. The area around the sink had been sloppy remodeled. There were no hand towels and neither was there the towel that is placed on the floor after you shower. They only had a face towel by the sink and it looked very worn out and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk and request the towels. In my opinion, this hotel room was not worth they money that I paid.
