Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely l’Occitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station . "We had a wonderful 4 nights stay there. Our balcony facing Matterhorn. 7-8 minutes walk to train station. The Sunnegga bahn is like 6 minutes walk. The buses are free but we did’t take it. Saw the blackneck goats matching on the street was cool. Love Zermatt. Definitely want to come back. The dining room window facing Matterhorn. I al recommend this hotel to my friend"
