My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great service from attentive staff that never made it seem like we were bothering them, rather, that they were there to help. Easy to access parking, even the valet price is reasonable. Room service from the in house restaurant was excellent, and there’s a hot water kettle and espresso machine in the rooms. Housekeeping was prompt and very great at their jobs, everything was clean.
We will be staying here next time we visit Vancouver. Such...

Excellent place to stop off both pre- and post- cruises. Ambling distance to the port, hop-on hop-off initiation point - and excellent dining options in the area.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Clean rooms in great condition with nice bedding and towels. Nice shower with glass doors and great water pressure. Beds are very well made with nice firm mattress and pillows. Parking garage is super clean and well lit with easy access to elevators. The parking situation was atrocious. But the value, quality, and service were pretty great, minus some noise from outside construction early in the morning. All around it was a very pleasant stay, and would stay again.

Isaac was very warm and welcoming when we checked in. He gave us recommendations for food and it was spot on. I would not have had the same experience if not for Isaac. He always greeted us when we came in and out of the hotel and felt like he was glad to see us.
Sorry we were not able to say good bye on our departure. Well wishes Isaac. Tara
