"Really too notch. I come to SF every few month 5 for a weekend getaway. I've stayed at most of the 3-5 start places near Union Square. This is right up there with all of them. Quiet. Clean. Lovely modern and fresh decor. Hot water with great pressure. TV went right to my channels and no disruptions. Fridge, save, and plenty of soft towels. Love the quietness.
Best part was the two separate lines with fireplaces. Cozy but fresh.
Staff were all so attentive. Gio was very helpful but not intrusive. "
"I have not stayed in this hotel for probably 16 years. Back then for business, and I do not recall the stay at all. However, this was a family trip over the holidays. The hotel is iconic. Very busy as it is a destination for people over the holidays to see the holiday decor and particularly the real gingerbread house in the lobby. The rooms were very clean and functional. Staff and service were outstanding, even in such a busy holiday environment. The hotel is relatively close to about everything, and right on the cable car routes. Would definitely stay here again. "

Wanted to see the iconic David Best's Temple Structure that was first seen in Burning Man,since 2005 but it was already replaced by these two Geometric 12 sided Dodecahedron pieces called Trillian And Dodi.
The laser cut tiles were inspired by mathematical physicist Sir Roger Penrose. Co-creator Yelena Filipchuk quoted that :“The Penrose Tiling pattern carries a deep significance for our artwork,” “It represents the eternal and relentless search for a connecting thread in the universe. It is this quest which ties all of humanity together.”
