1. Did not deserve this place and Expedia didn't corrected it mistake.
2. Far from the center.
3. No towels at arrival.
4. Bathroom with signs of previous occupation (open shampoo bottle).
5. Shower drain clotted up.
6. Tobacco smell.
7. Expedia: NEVER again.

Extra costs an chek in was a nightmare
The apartment was clean and ok, BUT italianway's organization was a nightmare! We went directly to the adress of the apartment, tried to call Italianway but there telephone line was busy for over 45 minutes and we couldn't talk to anyone. I checked there homepage, wrote an e-mail to their customer service telling that we were waiting in front of the apartmen. After 5 minutes they called us that they couldn't send anyone there to bring the keys - we had to walk another 20 minutes to their check-in office. Once there we were told that we had to pay an extra fee of 35 Euro (!) for cleaning. Ok, this is written on Hotels.com but you only find it when you look for it. We were also told that we couldn't get into the apartment before 3 p.m. (which is definetly much too late I think). The apartment is not very close to the city center but we decided to go for it because it was cheaper than the hotels there. But if we had known about the trouble with the check-in which costed us approximately 3 hours extra time and if we had known about the 35 Euros for cleaning we would have chosen a hotel near the city center for that price and without any trouble. Sorry italianway - but never again! Please improve your check-in procedure ASAP!
