Winzerdorf nahe Freiburg mit ÖPNV gut erreichbar.

Hotel nahe S-Bahn. Sauber und ordentlich und gut mit ÖPNV von Freiburg zu erreichen. Restaurant scheint gut zu sein (leider war an diesem Ankuftstag Ruhetag. Frühtück gut obwohl nur wenige Gäste da. Gut für Fahrradtouren geeignet. Schönes Winzerdorf.

Die freundliche und professionelle Bedienung während unseres Aufenthalts hat bei uns einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. An einem schönen Sommerabend konnten wir auf der gemütlichen Terasse das feine Abendessen geniessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Für uns war dies eines der besten Frühstücksbuffet, welches wir bis anhin hatten. Falls wir die Gegend um den Kaiserstuhl wieder einmal besuchen, würden wir wieder im Hotel Bräutigams Weinstuben übernachten.

Das Frühstück war gut. Viel frisches Obst, sogar Erdbeeren, Himbeeren, Brombeeren. Der Nachsendeservice (hatte meinen Rucksack dort vergessen) war top. Die Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut. Im Restaurant wird sehr lecker gekocht. Der Wehrmutstropfen waren leider die kleinen Zimmer und schmalen Betten: Harte Matratze, vermutlich 160 cm breit (gefühlt schmaler). Für zwei "schwerere" Leute wie uns sehr unangenehm. Sobald ein Zimmer mit größerem Bett frei wurde konnten wir umziehen. Dieser Umzug wurde uns von der ersten Servicekraft als unentgeltlich angegeben, kostete uns letztlich doch 10 Euro Aufpreis. Überraschend war die Aussage der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, die Zimmervergabe läge daran, daß wir übers Internet gebucht hatten. Bekomme ich das "schlechtere" Zimmer, weil ich bei Expedia buche? Ich zahle doch den gleichen Preis wie ein Gast, der direkt bucht. Diese Logik erschließt sich mir nicht. Und ich habe diese Aussage noch in keinem anderen über Internet gebuchten Hotel gehört.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Mit der Zimmerausstattung waren wir zufrieden. Die Bettten könnten etwas Breiter sein, aber für 2 Übernachtungen war das für uns nicht so ausschlaggebend. Auch unser Hund/Dackel ist sehr freundlich aufgenommen worden. Sollten wir wieder in der Region Kaiserstuhl sein, werden wir erneut im Hotel Bräutigams Weinstuben buchen.
