The resort was great! When we arrived we had an Expedia concierge that was provide that was to us because we booked through hotels.com. Her name was Maria Teresa and she was amazing. Whatever we needed we just contacted her and it was taken care of. We were blown away by the attention we received that others we were traveling with did not. Definitely would love to go back and absolutely would book with hotels.com.

It was beautiful but for how we paid for a family of 7 pretty much 930 a day for 2 rooms transportation to the airport and back should be free

Great family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, staff was very and welcoming. Maria from expedia contacted us before our arrival and helped prepare a surprise for our gender reveal with balloons and a cake. The food at the restaurants was really good, especially the Mexican and Japanese restaurants, they also have activities for kids and adult. Our toddler enjoyed spending time at the baby club as well. Overall the room was clean and comfortable

The resort is huge! Rooms were super clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. We got a personal concierge named Maria and she was so helpful in getting us restaurant reservations and even setting up decorations and cake for my husbands birthday. The food was okay, few restaurants had good food especially the Indian restaurant. They had a pizza shop and an ice cream shop that were actually really good but the buffet was ok. Beach was beautiful! We saw dolphins and fishes in the water a couple of times.

Todo pareció bien Limoieza, instalaciones, opciones de comida en general todo estuvo bien solo espero puedas contestar personal para la transportación dentro del hotel tienen carritos tipo golf para moverte de tu torre hacia los lugares de comida por ejemplo ya que el complejo es muy gde y había algunos días que tardaban hasta 30 min en pasar.

Lower than expected

Bad service, nice location. Beach is nice, main pool is ok. We had 2 rooms, one was nice the other room was extremely moist. Clothes and bedding was wet every morning. We let our contact person know was promised new room but nothing happend. Indian resturant ok starters, blend main dishes. Japanian good resturant good ala carte and we also did the tappanaki and her the service and "show" was really good. Beef/Stake resturant was the best of the resturant we tried. Mexican, was booring. Good nachos and guacomole. Rest was nothing to write home about. And really bad service and seating we were placed far away from all others. Italian good food on buffet, the main dishes really boring. We had a great experience on the spa and we booked excursion and service was exceptional her. Good GYM

We don’t even know where to begin…from the time of checking in to the Resort we knew that we had made the best choice. The rooms where spacious with comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms, the pools at TRS and the main pool at the Grand Palladium were great especially with the bartenders at the pool on the TRS side ( Antonio & Edwin ), the beach area is huge and it was always kept very clean, the nightly shows were always very entertaining and fun. we also wanted to thank the following people for making our family vacation a memorable one: - Maria - our concierge who would contact me every morning to see what we needed for the day, thank you for booking our dinners, they were all amazing and delicious. - Fernando - (beach waiter on the TRS side) even though we only met him towards the last few days of our trip he really left a lasting impression with my family and I. - Roberto - ( waiter at El gaucho ) thank you for treating us like family, thank you for the amazing dessert shows, they were truly amazing. There were many more staff that were extremely nice to us ( sorry if I didn’t mention you personally ) but you also left a great impression. Overall an place for a family vacation!

Absolutely loved the property! We stayed at the adult section and loved every day. Rooms are so clean and spacious. The food, especially at Helios was amazing!! So many restaurants to choose from and loved spending time at the village mall
