We really enjoyed our stay, staff was very and welcoming. Maria from expedia contacted us before our arrival and helped prepare a surprise for our gender reveal with balloons and a cake. The food at the restaurants was really good, especially the Mexican and Japanese restaurants, they also have activities for kids and adult. Our toddler enjoyed spending time at the baby club as well. Absolutely loved the property! We stayed at the adult section and loved every day. Rooms are so clean and spacious. The food, especially at Helios was amazing!! So many restaurants to choose from and loved spending time at the village mall

Maria, my Expedia concierge on site was wonderful. I was surprised when I arrived on site that I even had a concierge, but it was a smooth experience throughout. she helped with reservations, activities, and overall made sure i was having a good time. highly recommend
