Our stay at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres was fantastic! From the warm welcome to the beautiful, well-maintained property, everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff provided top-notch service. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the spa, or exploring, there was always something to do. A truly unforgettable experience—I can’t wait to return!

Spent a week with family and trull amazed with the resort, facilities, staff services and the beach. The resort is composed of 3 units, Grand Palladium Select, Grand Palladium Family Selection and TRS (adults). We stayed at GP Select with granted access to GP Family Selection areas, restaurants and pools. We had access to 2 buffets and 7 restaurants ( Italian, steakhouse, Thai, Japanese, American, Mexican and Mediterranean) as well to the different bars, snack bars around the different pools. We did not have access to TRS. Dinning options were very diversified and great quality. Complex is new and rooms are very clean with excellent staff service. The pools are clean with many activities during the day. The beach is great, clear waters, no rocks and very easy find a chair, same around the pools.

When we booked the Grand Palladium through Expedia, we were promised a $600 resort credit and a free bottle of wine. Both showed on our reservation details. Neither of these were provided by the resort. Upon letting Expedia know, they did not make it right, stating they have to “abide by the seller’s decision”. I will no longer be using Expedia and will not stay at the Grand Palladium. False advertising by both. Buyer beware

Intake and departure were swift. We had to wait for our room to be ready at 3pm but were allowed to roam the property in the meantime. I’d suggest bringing a change of clothes for the pool if you have an early flight in. The buffet food selection was excellent. We only dined one night at the a la carte steakhouse El Guacho, service and food were great. We did breakfast at Capricho and the other restaurant on the TRS side. Both had a la carte menus with some buffet selections, food at both places were delicious. All the pool areas looked well kept as well as the beach. If you are traveling with little ones they have a nice pool setup with slides and zero clearance entrance. The family pool at Family selection gets started with music and activities at 11am. There were quite a few weddings during our 3 day stay so bear in mind there will be a lot of people on site if you’re caught in the cross hairs. My only concern was how big the resort is, you have 3 modes of transportation, either walk (a lot) or wait for a trolley or take a boat ride. It’s setup like the Venice canals. Their night life has a few options so you don’t need to really travel out of the resort unless you want to. Overall our stay was pleasant, relaxing and fun. Service 5/5, cleanliness 5/5, value 5/5, sleep quality 5/5, rooms 5/5, location 3/5 (it’s about a 40 min drive from Cancun airport no traffic. Setup private transportation if you can swing it.

We had to leave our personal belongings with the staff when we first got there. My Valentino wristlet got stolen. So disappointed! Towels were very old. Room got cleaned only once during our stay and the bathroom flooded every time we took a shower. Food was ok. Good service.

You’ll never need to leave this well equipped and serviced resort! Excellent a la carte dining options (15 restaurants!) but book as soon as you check-in! Staff are ultra friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one.

Arrived at night to a beautiful gated property. Checking in was okay until we got charged an extra $120 per night. We were attending an event but because we booked through Expedia, the desk clerk stated we needed to pay an extra $40 per night per person for the 3 nights. I found out later that was not true and asked for a refund. This made for a rocky start. Our iron and tv remote did not work but these were rectified very timely by courteous staff. The celebration events were tastefully done and we had a wonderful time. Our door’s lock was broken and a light switch kept popping out exposing wires which resulted in my 4 star score. The view from our balcony overlooking the garden was awesome. I would visit the property again and recommend it to friends.
