the pictures from expedia are from the hotel NOT the hostel. we were charged hotel price for a hostel stay across the street from the hotel. the room had 3 beds and was clean but didnt have a heater or AC.

Amazing experience, clean, friendly helpful staff, good value breakfast! Excelente, limpio, personal muy atento, desayuno bien servido! Además la ubicación es perfecta para ir a la Plaza de Armas, con muchos restaurantes, bares y lugares con música en viva alrededor. Voy a recomendar a mis amigos aquí en Paraguay como en Europa con planes de ir a Cusco!

Excellent, friendly service. The room was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was great. The bed was so comfortable! Bring ear plugs if you choose to stay here, I found it very noisy.

Tomar cuidado, a foto no site é de outro hotel.
Fiz a reserva corrida do dia 14 à 19/07, mesmo que no dia 16 passaríamos a noite em Aguas Calientes. Quando fiz a reserva no Casa Hostal Rojas, fui pela foto que estava no site do Hoteis.com, que na verdade não é do local e sim do Hotel Rojas Inn. Felizmente fomos acomodados no Hotel Rojas Inn até a penúltima noite, que por sinal foi muito bom. Na última noite fomos direcionados para o outro lado da rua no Casa Rojas, que é uma péssima acomodação. Água fria, não tem box no chuveiro fazendo com que alague todo o banheiro. Outro ponto, é o barulho que uma balada que fica gruda na parede, isso durou até 8h da manhã seguinte, ou seja não dormimos nada. O local é uma bagunça, as tomadas não funcionam, a porta de acesso tem aproximadamente 1,5cm, além de tudo tem que tomar cuidado para não bater a cabeça. Ressalto que o atendimento é ótimo e localização também, café da manhã razoável, mas as instalações realmente são péssimas.

Best value
Though we booked for the Hostal, they moved us into the main hotel for the same price. Rooms were clean and check in was quick and friendly. They stored our luggage while we trekked the inca trail and offer laundry service for s/8 per kg. Plaza de Armas is a 5 minute walk and Saqsaywaman is about a 20 min walk. Great location. They pick up from the airport for free and will call you a taxi upon your departure.

Muy buena opción en Cusco
Me agrado mucho mi estancia, el personal es muy amable y de ayuda en lo que se necesite, el hotel en general esta muy bien, buen desayuno incluido, buenas instalaciones, muy buen internet! En cuanto a la habitación, en mi caso no fue la de la imagen/oferta en la app y eso no me gusto, habia otras habitaciones libres y me tocó la unica diferente, en realidad no estaba mal, aunque algo reducidad pero bien de hecho, agua caliente sin fallas, cama comoda, almohadas y ropa de cama suficientes, buen baño, tv, internet y caja de seguridad, lo unico malo es la ventana a la calle, por debajo del nivel de la calle y seria bueno algunos toma corrientes extra y actualizarla al estilo de las otras habs. En general muy bien, lo recomiendo y me hospedaria nuevamente si vuelvo a Cusco.

A room with a view.. and Care!
This hotel was pretty great! While it's not the most luxury hotel, it definitely exceeded my expectations. First off the service is top notch. The hotel staff was over the top accommodating. They pciked us up from the airport for Free and then arranged a ride back at the end of our stay for $20 soles (about $6 USD) for 4 people. Also, they not only let us store our luggage in the middle of the trip when we went to Machu Picchu for a night, they just let us keep the room for that night without even charging. The room itself was very nice. We had the casa hostal room with 2 twins and a full. It was across the street from the main hotel, but you still got all the amenities of the main hotel including coca tea and a daily breakfast. Also, we had a nice large balcony with a nice view of historic Cusco buildings and streets. Oh, an did I mention that it's only one block from the main square! Yes, there's some street noise and a little sound from a nearby club, but this is historic Cusco. Nothing is built with soundproofing. We thought it was simply amazing and would highly recommend it!
