close to the metro you can go everywhere easy,clean room the only goods. very bad breakfast that you do not say buffet, the owner of the rooms very rude because the application has charged us cheaper and did not let us to go to the garden to wait for a while our airport bus...this is not behavior to your customers

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft anderweitig vergeben. Angeblich, weil in den Bedingungen steht, das die Ankunft zuvor telefonisch anvisiert werden muss. In den uns vorliegenden schriftlichen Unterlagen von Expedia ist die Rezeption von 12-18 Uhr besetzt. Eine Ankunft nach 20 Uhr muss 48 Std. vorab bekanntgegeben werden. Da wir am Nachmittag anreisten, sahen wir keine Notwendigkeit vorab anzurufen. Die Dame hat uns zuvor eine Nachricht geschrieben. Da sassen wir aber im Flugzeug. Die Vermieterin hat uns Ihre Konditionen zugesandt. Dort stand aber auch lediglich, dass man vorab Kontakt aufnehmen muss, wenn man ein Tier mitbringt. Wir hatten kein Tier dabei. Wir vermuten, die Vermieterin hat eine Anfrage von einem besser zahlenden Kunden erhalten. Wir hatten 4 Monate zuvor günstig gebucht. Die Tagespreise entsprachen unserem 4-Tage-Trip. Wir gehen davon aus, daß das Zimmer aus diesem Grund einfach weitergegeben wurde und der Vertrag gebrochen wurde. Sie hat sich dann um eine andere Unterkunft bemüht. Diese war aber in keinster Weise vergleichbar. Weder vom Zimmer. Nichts zu sehen vom gebuchten Frühstück. Keine funktionierende Küche (Ofen ja, Gas nein.) Das Zimmer war auch lediglich für 2 der gebuchten 3 Nächte verfügbar. Fazit: Statt Sightseeing waren wir ständig mit Zimmerwechsel beschäftigt. Nichts gehabt vom 1. Tag. Den 2. Tag nachmittags mit der Unterbringung des Gepäcks vertrödelt, den 3. Tag mit der Suche nach einer weiteren Unterkunft. Nicht viel gesehen von Rom in 4 Tagen!

Debido a una modificación en la reserva que a ella no le constaba y de la cual yo tengo la confirmación nos tocó dormir a 3 en una cama durante la primera noche pero lo peor fueron las maneras y la perdida de tiempo en discutir a pesar de que el error no era nuestro. Todos somos muy buenos cuándo las cosas van bien pero la capacidad y formas de resolver problemas es lo que nos diferencia

great position
The place is clean and the service is good. Position is perfect for 1) underground (B line), 2) close to Tiburtina train station, 3) few minutes by underground to Termini train station. First night I kept the outer blinds up, and heard people getting in and out from a garage close by. Second night I pulled them down (actually pushed the button) and slept perfectly.

Four day stay in Rome
We stayed four nights, no resident management, so you need to make an arrangement for arrival, and that is them assuming you have internet or phone access in Italy, which when visiting from abroad you may not have, we didn't. Buffet breakfast at first looked fine, however breads not changed daily, so not too fresh. Good location for using the Metro. Room was comfortable, and wifi was good. However the room we were in was extremely noisy overnight, from outside, not sure where from possibly an underground garage, lots of banging. Our other main concern was we asked to book an to airport shuttle for 9.30 on day of departure, were assured that was done, just wait outside, which we did, from 9.15 till 9.45 no one arrived, and of course no staff on premises to ask, we had no internet connection now as we had left the room and keys on leaving. So we trailed our luggage to the main road, and asked another hotel to secure us a taxi, which they did, getting us to our flight just in time for check in, having lost half an hour. Then received nasty emails from the B & B asking why we had cancelled the taxi and they had to pay, it did not show as promised so why did they pay. Was quite upsetting, and stressful.

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Zimmer
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral (nur zwei Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt), die Metro-Station ist nah bei. Die Lage ist für die Stadt als ruhig zu bezeichnen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Der Check-In war problemlos und zeitlich nach unseren Wünschen. Schön ist die Möglichkeit, draußen zu frühstücken. Das Frühstück selbst war jedoch leider nur mittlererer Qualität. Viel abgepacktes, alles wurde am Abend vorher hingestellt, so dass reine Selbstbedienung war. Keine Möglichkeit, zum Beispiel einen Capuccino zu bekommen, kein Obst und auch die "frischen" Teigteilchen waren zum Teil vom Vortag. Wenn hier noch verbessert werden würde, wären 5 Punkte drin.

BEWARE: We booked this hotel on Expedia and we were told by the hotel that they did not have any rooms available (after it was booked). I am really confused how this happens as this was a "no refund booking" and a "guaranteed reservation." On top of that my cc transaction says that the payment was "keyed in manually." Does this mean the hotel keyed in the info and charged the cc knowing we didn't stay there? Obviously we disputed the charge but I would save yourself the hassle and frustration book a different hotel. We were able to walk around Rome and find a super friendly and accommodating hotel. Avoid this one!
