Pleasant stay but not for everyone

Newly furnished in a central location. Bed a little too soft for us, and more hooks to hang towels and toilet papers would have been nice. Had some trouble learning how to use the electronic appliances since no English manuals were available. No reception desk so communication with staff was always remote, although he generally responded within 10-20 minutes — ok with us but not ideal in case of emergencies. In general a pleasant stay. Would recommend to people with high mobility, independence and no language barrier.

Perfect location and comfortable

The stay was excellent value for money. Enough room for two adults and two teenagers. The location could not be better. Right in the heart of the town around the corner from all the main sights, shops and cafes. Air con was good. Building itself was in good condition but lift was quite narrow. It's a few floors up so it doesn't suffer too much noise from the street but there are a few deliveries in the morning. They didn't bother us. No balcony or outside space on this one but again we were fine with that. Comms very good and they met us on time. Kitchen space and equipment ok. Washing machine was useful. Overall a good choice.

Ad Images are Deceptive

The photos showed a balcony with a beautiful view, but this was far from what we got. We did not get an apartment with a beautiful view. On the bright side, the space was clean, and the location was good. The bed is comfortable. The AC works well. But the wifi is slow, there are five flights of stairs with no elevator, and the bathroom furniture is hard to avoid with your shins.

Right next to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Prime location with lots of restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to every attraction. Lovely unit with well equipped kitchen and laundry amenity. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Their map provides discounted restaurants, and we tried few, and they're all very good, and we were given discount just by showing the map. The only draw back is it's a bit noisy at night. I would like to book their units again if I go back to Firenze.

From all the different spots we stayed at while visiting Spain and Italy this was by far the best! Great location and space, our kids loved it! the grocery store downstairs was super convenient, location is unbeatable! thank you for hosting us!

Es un engaño, no es hotel.

No es un hotel, es un departamento que está en un quinto piso y no hay elevador, no son claros en la descripción del lugar. Estaba sucio y la cama muy incómoda. Demasiado caro para un lugar tan mal cuidado. Lo único rescatable fue la ubicación, pero honestamente se sintió como una estafa.

This was an amazing apartment close to everything and very well proportioned. The communication with management was excellent and location, the best. HOWEVER, the noise from the outside bars and restaurants carry and the party goes on till 2-3 am. While we were able to sleep it is not for the lite sleeper specially the front bedroom. I woke up several times during the night and the party was still going on outside. The good part to this, you can party within 10-15 yards of the apt: Overall, I would recommend this place on via Palmieri for the excellent location.

This was a great apartment right around the corner from the Duomo. It had everything we needed, a very complete kitchen, a large bedroom, easy access. We loved it.

Perfect for a Couple!

Our Florence trip was amazing, our room served its purpose and wasn’t a hindrance in any way. Our host helped out to find the location which was a bit tricky, but once we got it once it was all easy from there. Perfectly located. Very clean. Cute little place perfect for two. Thank you so much for making our trip memorable.

City center

The property was older which meant you can clearly hear all outside sounds. Pretty sure there was a restaurant under usas late at night you could hear the trash being taken out. You could also hear talking until early in the morning. Having said that if you want to be where everything is happening then this is the place. You go out the front door make a left and the famous bridge is a block and a half away if you go right then right again you are in a famous square with lots is statues. Overall I loved the location

Great space with some glaring flaws. There are easy fixes to most of the flaws, but can't give place high marks with the flaws. First, there is no place to put soap in the shower. A liquid soap dispenser should be attached to the wall of shower. In addition, shower head leaks terribly. Closet setup totally inadequate. Lovely piece for hanging and stacking clothes, but it doesn't work. Not enough space. Unfortunately the neighbor on the floor is a real downer. Fortunately, however, even her bad manners couldn't ruin a fabulous trip to Florence. BTW the picture of the view is false advertising, the apartment looks out at a back alley.

This property is more beautiful in person than in pictures! We absolutely loved this property! It was central to everything! The duomo was less than a 2 minute walk away and could be completely seen from 2 of the 3 bedrooms providing this surreal view during the day and especially at night. It was so close! We loved that! All the best places to eat in Florence were no more than a 7 minute walk. The property was clean and updated but still had that old Italian charm. We would definitely stay at this property, again, when we return to Firenze!

2 minutes from Ponte vecchio, it is a great spot to be in. The Duomo is 10 minutes and Céntrale is about 20. Food on the street is exceptional at the restorante Santa Feli and the Trattoria di Guiccard. Everything else is walkable, within 20 -25 minutes at the most. The apartment is verrry comfortable and great for families. Internet is weak but they are working on an upgrade. Staff is highly responsive via email and show up quickly as needed. Joel was very welcoming and set us up well. Would highly recommend and stay again.
