My only issue was that it was a hassle to order food at the hotel. The cafe was understaffed and the hours were limited. Quality of service not high. No complimentary tea or coffee or even water upon arrival, which I think should be basic hospitality at any hotel. Beautiful hotel, rooms, and location in a lovely town.

Honestly, I had expected it to be a little nicer than it was since it’s a pretty new hotel and more expensive than others in the area. There’s free coffee in the rooms, but you have to pay for the coffee in the lobby. Also, the listing does state that breakfast is not included, but again, since this hotel is more expensive, yet completely average in every other way, it didn’t seem really worth the extra cost to have so little included. Being on the river isn’t that great of a view and our room faced the parking lot anyway. I’ve had better experiences with a Holiday Inn Express.
