Arrived late (~1.15am) due to flight delays. I had sent a msg via hotels.com msg service and tried to call the hotel, but the number on hotels.com didn't work.
No one present on check in desk and despite knocking on doors etc, no one was presetnt to check in. As luck would have it, another guest returned from his dinner and needed to get his bags from the storage room behind the check in desk, which the door was open but no lights on, and then the receptionist magically appeared from another off the storage room. It then took another 15 min to chekc in so got to my room arodun 2:15am.
Not what you need when you arrive late and have to leave at 7:30!
