It's very pretty and in a nice location, its with parking area too. Although the hot water system for the shower seems a bit off, the toilet is very big and pretty. You would have to reconsider if you have a lot of luggage tho cos there's no lift. Overall, very very nice.

燈光昏暗的老宅體驗分享

整體而言，喜歡老宅的旅客會喜歡這間民宿，所有的佈置都很老宅風格，從大門進屋後到進房後，所有的佈置都很有模有樣，就連開放空間的交誼廳以及廚房都非常有氛圍，以上是對於佈置的客觀評價。 在下訂之前，我一直以為是套房，畢竟民宿的住宿方案也只寫了‘客房’兩個字，根據自身以往的經驗，客房往往是套房，但沒想到這次住到雅房，後來回看詳細的方案說明才在最底下的住宿說明欄看到是共用衛浴，我覺得這部分民宿可以把共用衛浴或是‘雅房’大大的標示出來，以免之後其他房客下訂時有所誤會。房內不知是因為老宅風格還是其他原因，燈光特別昏暗，房內總共四盞燈，但沒有一盞燈是可以讓人認真上妝的光色，整間房間開了燈卻還是有點黑燈瞎火的，這部分我自己沒有很愛，但喜歡氛圍感以及情調的住客肯定會喜歡。吹風機似乎也有點老宅風格，吹5秒停30秒，需要喬到一個角度才能長時間使用，建議老闆換個好一點的吹風機或是請住客自己帶。 共用衛浴的部分，我不是很喜歡共用但是客觀評價，在沒有其他房客使用之前，是乾淨整潔的，一樣燈光昏暗，但是喜歡氣氛的住客就會喜歡。洗髮精&洗浴乳&洗手乳全是aesop的，非常好聞，洗完身體也不會乾澀，非常讚！浴室與馬桶並未乾濕分離，可以放乾淨衣服又不被水噴濕的地方不多，建議老闆之後可以多放一個架子在門邊，以便房客放盥洗衣物！

3樓的浴室水超小,且水溫很難控制,常常熱水會自動變冷! 且環境大部分佈滿灰塵!晚間水管流水聲音很大聲....打擾睡眠!另外木地板縫隙可能卡很多灰塵且踩起來聲音很大。 裝飾的飾品其實還不錯看!但可能因為不好清理,所以上面也都是塵埃。但因為有說明這是老房子改裝,故或許管路方面有聲音也不可避免;業者其實有用心改造,但可能要維護好環境,才能像頁面照片一樣!

靜巷古城門旁低調民宿

巷道安靜，但假日有外地客會比較喧嘩一點，這次騎機車所以無停車問題，平日時間入住所以無其他房客，很安靜，可以使用共用的進食空間廚房及浴室，廚房所有電器及餐具都有維護，方便使用也很乾淨，打掃不是極度清潔但可以接受，床單及興趣都是換新的這方面沒有問題。這裡是中西區的北邊，離靠東及南的中西區較遠，附近飲食大多屬於晚餐宵夜時間，有白天營業的較晚上少。

環境優美兼具文青古物時尚的民宿

原本預定與業主約4點入住，我大概3.58分到那邊，但卻一個人也沒有，與住宿業者溝通後表示會派人過去，於是我們又等了20分後還是無人迎接，當下心情並不是很好，於是又打過去確認是否到了？業者表示他與員工溝通上有誤會，表示自己現在過去現場，之後又等了10分鐘左右，業主才來，但因為不想影響之後玩樂的心情，於是就算了，業者主也表示歉意。 入住後，由於那天是平日，只有我們這組人，直接包棟的感覺哈哈哈，民宿很漂亮，裝潢與擺設都是我很愛的風格，來台南玩就是要有古厝兼具時尚文青感哈哈哈，而且業主的盥洗用品選用的非常有心，是專櫃品牌，而且有小廚房，裡面有杯子、碗盤、微波爐...等廚具供你使用，但別忘了用完記得清洗後放回原位喔^_^當晚也睡得非常舒服，下次去台南玩會在考慮這間的

是雅房的房型！到了現場入住是房主的朋友來協助，一問三不知，也沒有聯繫電話還好遇到貨運送貨，房間空間很小，對外窗就是房間走道！哀著廚房打開門空氣就是不流通，只能窩在小房間內～優點房間內打掃的很乾淨！但外面公共區非常破爛，灰塵完全都不能坐～不知道是不是想營造「復古」感 沐浴用品還不錯👍沒有乾濕分離，也沒有置物籃，所以要小心噴濕換洗衣物！
