Overall rating: 3.5/5
1. The biggest feature, or issue, of this hotel is that there is minimal human interaction. I saw 0 hotel staff during my stay, the check-in was done online, and the only communication I had with the team was through text message, which makes this property more like an airbnb rather than a hotel.
2. Following up on that, on the first night I found my bed sheet was dirty (multiple stains on it), and I texted the team asking for changing the sheet. Rather than sending someone to my door, I was asked to find the replacement in my room or go to the lobby. Apparently, there wasn't any in my room, and I didn't find any bed sheet in the lobby (no staff there) neither. I had to sleep on a dirty sheet for two nights. Basic thing in most hotels is very difficult here.
3. The room is not very spacious, but it has everything you can find in other hotels. They provides beach towels and water kettle so you don't need to buy them. However, the bathroom design is bad as the water from the shower will ultimately go onto the floor.
4. This hotel is right next to the Espanola way, so you are steps away from good resturants, but also there will be lots of noise at night. I was lucky that my room is relatively far from the road and I could barely hear anything. The room also provides ear plugs.
5. This is one of the cheapest hotels at a very nice location on Miami beach, and I understand you get what you paid for, but there're a lot of improvements that can be made.
