Everything was in good condition but it wasn’t great. Of the eight hotels I’ve stayed in this week / same price range around the country / this was the worst experience. Dog rooms inconvenient. No luggage carrier. Morning food sad. Room had more wall than window. Someone else’s alarm went off. Staff was great.

The place smelled clean and looked clean the second you walked in so that was a nice start. The staff were all very nice and the room was impressively clean. I travel a lot for work and it's been months since I've been in such a spotless room. Breakfast was very nice too. I think the only issue someone might have is with parking as there are only so many spots available. Otherwise I recommend this place highly.

Not much shopping/dining options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but we used it as a base for a couple of days whilst visiting other nearby areas & attractions. This hotel was reasonably priced for a downtown hotel across from the convention center. Our room was simple, clean, well-maintained. The staff were every helpful. If I were staying in downtown Tulsa again, I would probably choose this property again.
