The hotel room was small but comfortable. It was very clean. The breakfast was always fresh and well stocked. The breakfast staff provide great service and work so well together. The cafe is definitely a great amenity and the balcony is a wonderful place to relax after a busy day. Thank you to Juan and the team for making our stay so awesome.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was amazing and VERY responsive. The rooms were smaller than I prefer but pretty standard for outside of the U.S. The amenities were great. I would stay here again! It's located right in the middle of the historic center so it can get a little noisy. Very clean and comfortable. The bar on the 7th floor was a huge plus after a long day of walking the city.

Very clean hotel with friendly and efficient staff. The free food in the cafe is a nice plus. My room with one queen bed was small--I wish it had a workspace to use my computer. My room was on the side of the hotel opposite the elevator. I would not stay on that side again because of the loud music from the nightclub across the alley.

We loved the breakfast. The staff was friendly and very nice. The rooms are up to date, no issues there. However, we did not know the hotel was under construction. A lot of noise very early. My daughter has a disability and uses a wheelchair so we had to carry her up the stairs because the elevator does not work! Breakfast is on the 7th floor so that was inconvenient for my daughter AND my senior Mother. I wish we would've known this beforehand, so we could've prepared.
