A wonderful find

It was amazing. We were on our way to Northumberland so this was about half way. The food was excellent. Our room was huge and lovely. The only thing that would have made it perfect would be a charger for our mobiles.

The room and view were very nice, lots of room and comfortable bed, the pillows could and should have been of a much higher quality. The lighting in the bathroom was under par and not good enough for the cost. Not enough clear lightening for applying make up or having a shave, no magnified mirror in bathroom and poor lighting. the restaurant food we had was very good and reasonable in price. No complimentary slippers which was disappointing

Wonderful place to stay, super room which was spotless and the views are brilliant. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic and the owner could not have done more to accommodate my food allergies. Breakfast lovely too. Owners are really friendly and helpful, we will be back

We were so pleased we had found this accommodation as it is the best we have stayed in for a long while. The welcome on our arrival was warm and friendly and this is how we found all the staff throughout our stay. The accommodation is wonderful - comfortable beds and everything you need including fresh milk in a fridge in our room.

Lovely break at The View

Really enjoy our two night break. Room was spacious and very clean. Giant comfortable bed. Amazing views of the countryside from the patio with seating and table provided. Nice and quiet too. Breakfast is amazing and very high quality. Best orange juice I've had and top quality fresh fruit with granola. The owners are very welcoming. Will definitely stay again.
