Not sure how it’s got 4 stars, tired looking all round esp the bathroom, no dinner options and not in a good area to go out and have a meal. WiFi didn’t have signal and poor phone signal in the hotel. There was a bath, but no plug so you could only have a shower. Should look at improving WiFi signal so it reaches the entire hotel and possibly look at improving tv so there are some other language channels.

Poderia ter sido melhor

Ficamos 11 dias. Foi nos cobrada indevidamente a taxa da Prefeitura de Euro 121,00 pois temos mais de 70 anos. Vou ver se me reembolsam. O quarto era limpo todos os dias, mas utilizam algum tipo de desinfetante de cheiro desagradável que só sumia após o ar condicionado ligado algum tempo. Começou a faltar toalhas e sabão. Reclamamos à Gerência que nos atendeu e no dia seguinte a Responsável pela Limpeza se desculpou e até nos deu de presente uma bandeira do time do Napoli

Served a purpose

I had a panic about checking in as our flight was delayed but the reception staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Hotel itself is a little in need of a facelift and the area is a bit dodgy and a longer journey into Naples centre than I’d realised. That being said, the location is perfect for the airport

Les seuls atouts de cet hôtel sont sa proximité avec l’aeroport (à peine 10 minutes à pied) et la piscine. Les chambres sont correctes mais mal insonorisées (on entend la télé du voisin) et les murs vibrent dès qu'un avion décolle. Hôtel suffisant pour une nuit avant un décollage matinal.

Oasis just by the airport

Great place if you are arriving Naples and need a base before heading to other places. Manager was lovely, nice relaxed atmosphere, lovely clean pool was like an oasis in the middle of airport facilities. Breakfast adequate, family room nice and spacious. Would recommend for families.

Nice pool area and great location in front of airport - perfect for early flight. But no restaurant options for dinner at the hotel or in the area (except from the airport) The room very dark and noisy, the area extremely “grey”

Hôtel dont le seul atout est d'être à 10mn à pied de l'aéroport de Naples, pratique pour les départs matinaux. Sinon, chambres propres mais vétustes, très bruyantes côté avenue, environnement déprimant, et en tout cas indigne d'un 4 étoiles

Hotellet er som en bunker midt på en parkeringsplass. Hotellet mangler restaurant og bar. Ifølge beskrivelsen hadde den det, og vi ankom tidlig kveld i den tro at vi kunne få både mat og drikke der. Heller ikke noe åpent tilbud i nærheten bortsett fra på flyplassen. Rommet var nakent med vonde senger og små vinduer langt oppe på veggen. Heller ikke noe wifi tilgjengelig. Det var fungerende AC og nært flyplassen. Det er eneste pluss.

Bad smell.

Arrived to a room that had a really bad smell coming from what we expected was the bathroom drains, which meant we had to open the windows to get some fresh air in. Surprisingly the noise from outside was less than could be heard from the neighbouring rooms. Mini fridge was broken and WiFi would not connect. Is close to the airport and the staff were friendly. If there is cheaper available before a flight then I would recommend them first as you are not paying for any quality here
