Beat up Hotel in a great location!

This place is beat up. It's cheap, and it's on the beach, but they need renovations badly! The good news is it looked like they are slowly renovating.

This motel needs a lot if work. Bathroom sink needs a new facet, air conditioning could need some help, and sandy in the counter of the room. I would not go back. The view to the water was great.

in town for FFCC comptition

motel lookz good from outside, however it needs some maintainence work inside. floors were dusty (dirty socks from walking from bed to bathroom, clock radio broken, did not work, had to use cell phone to contact front desk when power went out at 10pm(our room and two others) (front desk did ask if we would like to move to lower floor for the night-we declined-power back on at 3am. Elevator not working in Am (we are senior citizens with walkers) walked down four flights of steps, finally fixed by 11Pm when we got back to motel. Room was big and beds comfy.

When first checking in the service was good. One of my rooms lock didn’t work. They immediately changed my room. My main room was clean, but smelt like mildew. Overall experience, good for the price and the view made up for everything else. Location was perfect. In walking distance to restaurants and a half mile from the boardwalk. We enjoyed our getaway.

We liked that this stay had a kitchenette in the room. We saw the beautiful sunsets looking out the door/entrance to our room and the beautiful sunrises from the balcony door/windows. It was too cold outside to use the pool although it was clean and ready during our stay. Hopefully the pool decking and lounge chairs will all be ready by the time it warms up

Great View - bad JuJu!!!!!!!!!!!

Booked three rooms for five nights, service was not provided any time during the stay in any of the rooms. We had to ask for towels daily. Asked for service never happened. We were gone most of the day from early morning through late evening. Facility is really run down.

Horrendous

Dirty bed sheets, toilet still had the s***t of some previous user on it. There was a kitchenette but was so run down to be unusable. Sometimes they close the reception and disappear for hours without any way to ttrack them down, for example if you need help with the room. Only good news wes that my room had a nice see view. But the value was poor overall. Certainly not worth your money. Plenty of better places in Daytona or Ormond Beach.
