Safe, cleaned and friendly staff.Awesome Meal at hotel restaurant.I would book Ginger hotel again not only in Jaipur but elsewhere in India.

Dirty room, filthy toilets, full of stains n hair in toilet, WC was dirty, furniture is in bad condition look wise, tea making machine was not cleaned since ages as dust particles were difficult to remove... total staff needs training, only security in parking was good...

The bathroom was a little dirty. No staff helped with luggage either when coming in or at departure. The window latch was broken and it was noisy outside.

Everything was great except for internet connection. My fifth stay here. It has always been a problem. If you don't need urgent on lunch next work and you don't mind surfing in their computer room. This hotel is of great value

Internet was networking and staff did not tell clearly that was the case.. just dodged the issue, kept asking me to try again and again.. a little honesty would have saved time. Entrance is difficult and somewhat crummy.

The hotel check in time is 2:00 PM, which is absurd considering most travelers reach their destination in morning. Not sure what the hotel expect their guests to do till 2:00 PM.
I reached at 10:00 am and asked to pay around 25% extra as early check in charge.
When booked the hotel nothing was mentioned about early check in cost. If there is early /late check in cost then there should be transparency and guest should be given option to select check in time along with date. Accordingly the cost should be confirmed.
Once the guest arrives at hotel then informing about hidden cost is something not expected from a TATA group venture.

Si bien no hubieron inconvenientes graves, al hotel le falta mucho en cuestión de servicio al cliente. El check in demoró 45 minutos. Extendí mi estadía una noche más y tuve que hacer un segundo check in(¿Ridículo?), lo que tomó otros 45 minutos!!! El wifi es un desastre, y cada día tuve que bajar a la recepción a resetearlo: Media hora cada vez, ellos no tenîan claro como hacerlo. La clave SIEMPRE era incorrecta. Como viajero de negocios me resulta importante tener una conexión al menos aceptable, pero no es el caso aquí.
La limpieza no es el fuerte del hotel, poquito poquito....
Gaste algo más y vaya a un mejor hotel.

This is a great place to stay with friends and family. The hotel staff is very courteous. The hotel as such was neat and clean and we could not find a speck of dust anywhere.
Also, food is fabulous here. We ordered vegetarian food and it was really nicely cooked and was quite tasty. I would definitely recommend them.

Very good stay. Clean rooms and bed. Good location on wide road; not in congested area. Car parking available. Restaurant is very good. Buffet available for breakfast.
