I've been to this resort during the pandemic (2022) so i wanted my husband to experience this for his birthday as well. We ended up becoming a diamond member. Food/drinks was great, wish we could have stayed longer. Shout out to kedesha,Jaheem,Tasha, Brian our butler for a short time and another young lady Shanae i think lol. But a few concerns, our toilet seat was broken, while taking a shower water got all over the floor. But overall i will def recommend this resort.

I enjoyed the resort, it was beautiful and close to the beach. Check-in was fast and friendly. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable. The room was very clean and smelled good. The food needs some work and the customer service was poor in the restaurants. I could not get a drink or mimosa two mornings (buffet) and at the specialty restaurants I could not get any refills. One night our food was cold (Hunter Steakhouse) and when asked to warm it up, the waitress got an attitude. I asked for salt, never got it, had to ask a waiter across the room to get it. Plates piled up, leaving little room to eat. Armadillo-Food was cold and the steak was dry and hard to cut. There were kids of all ages everywhere. Had a good time overall.

We had a hard time with the QR code for dinner reservations we ended but asking several people questions and they couldn’t help us. We lost power several times in two days. The staff was very dismissive and always said they couldn’t help us. The dinner staff was very helpful and polite. The Cafe staff was polite. We set up a shuttle to the airport and then they could find our reservation so we had to rush and get a taxi so we wouldn’t miss our flight..

Was not the overwhelming experience I was expecting as all inclusives tend to be. Instead it was a relaxingly paced space with alternative/optional areas to be in the middle of the action or in serene havens of the property from the beach to the pool and building gathering spaces. I was also able to score a room facing the lush green areas around the property making for a quiet relaxing sleep. The amenities were excellent with the varied recreational, eating and snack areas such as the cafe and jerk spot. Loved the multiple pools, beach as well as bar areas. I also appreciated the relationship to the local area of Falmouth, Martha Brae and being able to stroll to the public Burwood Beach and the vendors along the way so not feeling totally cut off from the rest of Jamaica as some resorts tend to be. The food at the buffet was top notch with lots of selections including traditional Jamaican cuisine. I have been highly recommending this resort to many who usually shy away from all inclusives or only stay in the often beaten paths of Negril, Mobay, Ocho Rios, Orocabessa or Portland. A perfect balance of a vacation spot. 👏👌❤️👊🥂

Brenton and cleon was amazing the guest service ladies don’t remember thier names trying really hard but all were great they give me a birthday set up appreciate it on a short notice

My overall experience was not that great. I had to wait almost an hour for my room to be ready. When I got to the room the room was not clean and I had to wait in front of room while it got cleaned. My fridge was empty and took almost an hour to get stocked. This was the very first hotel I stayed at and didn’t have a mini bar with alcohol. Apparently I had to request it and wait 24hrs for it to be brought to my room. Service was overall mid & not what I was expecting especially being in diamond club.

Beautiful property right on the beach, very nice staff and comfy beds. This is a very lively place, almost like being on a cruise ship; music, parties, etc. I’m sure you could find a quiet corner somewhere if that’s what you wanted but this place is all about the beach and the fun. The food was plentiful and maybe 3.8 stars out of 5. I will say, there was a large buffet so the selection is there and also specialty restaurants. Being that it’s an all inclusive resort, it’s nice to have drinks and food with ease. You don’t have to go anywhere. I booked here because it’s MARRIOTT. And I do feel Royalton Hideaway lived up to the Marriott brand that i trust and love.

The cleaning service were better greeters than the front desk and the rest of the staff . The vibe team made the stay more fun the beach and pool was amazing the food was 7/10 slow service. And whoever the manager I don’t know if it’s one or a bunch of them running the restore but the owners of the hideaway royalty blue water should really look into who’s running the show . This was probably of the best restores when they first opened up but now take a look and the rest of the reviews I’m not the only one leaving bad reviews so who’s ever the manger/mangers is should get fired or find themself a new job or career . The cleaning staff and the vibe team should be treated with more respect for everything they do . I love the country but I should have stayed next door at the RIU instead at least I was going to get what I paid for . Just saying so who’s ever planing on goin go this place should probably rethink it and look to go anywhere else in Jamaica. The hideaway is not it !

Unarrival, we checked into our room. We have a shower. The shower was leaking. There was no robe, no rules, no bed slippers. The kettle did you work? We asked for steamer for clothes. It didn't come until the other night.Just before we checked out

Our room was supposed to be ocean view but we couldn’t really see the ocean. Besides that, the stay and facilities were amazing and clean, staff very friendly. Food at the buffet and Dorado were great, but Zen was just ok. I love how they always had some sort of entertainment happening. Really fun and enjoyable stay! Will recommend

Horrible Hotel

This property is by far the worst of them all. For a adult resort there's no amenities, not even a welcome drink and nothing in the rooms or refrigerator they never stocked the refrigerator of thhe water and so called beer they give, let's not talk about the food, they should be ashamed of calling that jamaican food udercooked no flavor food. Over priced i would never recommend this place to anyone. Just a HORRIBLE PLEASE. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
