The property is nice. It is by the ocean. They made an effort to upgrade it. But it still feels they are trying to be upscale on a budget. The furniture is not top and some pieces have some obvious defects. We stayed in a garden room. Feels small. The "garden view" is really a view to a fence with some plants to make it green.

Os funcionários do café da manhã e da praia são extremamente simpáticos, muito bom o atendimento! Já os funcionários da recepção são bem formais, mas nos passaram todas as informações corretamente. O grande diferencial da pousada é ser pé na areia e ter toda a estrutura do beach club, mas como estive pela 3 vez na pousada, sendo que a 1 vez foi há 7 anos, notei que nada mudou, acredito que esteja precisando de uma reforma em geral. Fiquei hospedada na mesma pousada que fica no quadrado e achei infinitamente melhor.

Funcionários sem tato para lidar com o público, pouco solícitos, e tive a sensação que os mesmos eram orientados a servir pequenas porções no café da manhã e chá da tarde, como se estivessem regrando a comida. Comida bem mediana do cardápio do beach Club, porções pequenas e com preços elevados. Parecia que todos estavam me fazendo grandes favores ao atender minhas solicitações que não iam além do mínimo. Quarto muito bem limpo, confortável, toalhas e roupas de cama de boa qualidade e amenidades também de ótima qualidade, porém serviço ruim.

Chegamos 22 hrs ja nao funcionava mais o restaurante ja nao tava funcionando, pedimos um risoto para entrega tivemos que comer no marmitex, o café da manha devido a pandemia servido no quarto é em quantidade minimas os produtos quando pedimos mais demorava muito twmpo para chegar! As limpezas do quarto deixa muito a desejar! Resumindo, não ha motivo algum pelo preço que é cobrado, preço de resort de alto padrao all inclusive e não da para comparar, totalmente decepcionado!

Excelente estadia, equipe maravilhosa.
Minha estadia em Trancoso nesta pousada não poderia ter sido melhor. Desde da chegada ao check out os funcionários foram extremamente cordiais, simpaticos e dispostos a ajudar. Tive um problema com o ar condicionado do meu quarto e eles prontamente me trocaram para outro que o ar estava funcionando plenamente. Além disso, fizeram as reservas para os jantares nos restaurentes que nos escolhemos e nos ajudaram a encontrar os melhores e mais bonitos locais dessa região da Bahia. Voltarei com certeza e em breve. Ps: a senhora do cafe da manhã foi tão simpatica que nos sentimos em casa.
