love this hotel, the staff , the location, the comfort all first class , the recently refurbished Bar / Dining area is super comfortable and easy on the eye. Carpets need updating and check in time changing

We arrived just before 2pm and couldn’t check in until 2:30pm maybe change the check in time everywhere is normally 4pm so by changing this would ensure rooms are ready. Bedroom was comfy and overall okay but the carpet was disgusting, not only had stains but just really dirty.
