Firstly I have to say all the staff are amazing! From front desk to the ladies who clean the rooms, all amazingly happy and helpful!! Room was clean but in a London hotel to feel like you're are being rationed for electricity is very odd. The room had only one single plug available in the whole room. This was by the door. Given the room was newly refurbished this is unacceptable. Yn No stickers by the desk or bed. Mystifying
