Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Wellnessbereich in Ordnung und der Preis für die Verwöhnpension ist auch ok und das Essen war sehr gut. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, im Ruheraum im Wellnessbereich, ist die Lüftung mit der vom Schwimmbad gekoppelt, so dass man die ganzen Kinder vom Schwimmbad durch die Lüftung hören kann, Ruhe Fehlanzeige, Fehlplanung. Die Essenszeiten gehen nur bis 20:30, was bei einem Tagesausflug sehr knapp ist. Massagebereich komplett überbucht, man muss sich vor Anreise schon Termine geben lassen, spontane Massage ist nicht und ich hatte schon bessere Massagen wie hier für das Geld. Im Restaurant werden nur die teueren Weine gezielt angeboten, Hauswein gibt es nicht. In der früh mal die Kaffeetasse von der Untertasse umgedreht, war nicht richtig sauber, Abends war das Wasserglas noch mit Kalkflecken vom Geschirrspüler.....Wenn man für einen 1/8 Liter Wein 14 Euro verlangt, sollte das nicht sein, da sollte jemand mal besser kontrollieren, für mich mehr Schein als sein. Steckdosen hängen im Gang aus der Wand, Zimmer schon alt, Duschtür nicht mehr in der Führung, alles abgebrochen.....Deswegen das nächste mal ein anderes, denn günstig ist es nicht, bei dem Preis findet man bessere. Alles in allem war es ok, aber mehr auch nicht.

Leuk hotel

Prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ik arriveerde heel vroeg en kamer was nog niet klaar. Spullen konden netjes veilig opgeborgen en ik kon me omkleden. Kamer prima maar wel wat gedateerd. Mooi zwembad en jacuzzi. Restaurant prima met zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en prima meergangendiner. Mooie porties. Wellness niet gebruikt.

Excellent stay, everything great expected except couple of small niggles like the temperamental shower mixer in our bathroom which was either too hot or too cold. Great amenities overall and exceptionally beautiful location.

Great place!

We stayed for 4 nights with full pension which was excellent. Out of all amenities, my wife and I liked sauna the most, especially after skiing at the glacier which was awesome but very exhausting. So on the last day we did some Christmas shopping instead in Innsbruck (short drive away).

Great hotel in nice surroundings

​We had an enjoyable stay here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were large and clean. We had the basic rooms which were in a traditional Austrian chalet style, but some people may describe them as dated as they have a 1970s look to them. They had a large balcony with mountain views on all sides and looked out onto the garden area. The WiFi was free and reliable. Breakfast was served in the large restaurant and offered a good selection of food. They have a chef who cooks eggs to order which were really tasty and fresh. We didn't eat in the restaurant which offers a 5 course meal every night and so can't comment on the quality. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Hotel in toller Lage zum Wohlfühlen

Ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel, mit freundlichem, zuvorkommenden Personal. Großes Wellnessangebot, also auch bei schlechtem Wetter genügend Abwechslung. Hervorragendes Essen mit mehreren Gängen und sehr flexible Küche, die Extrawünsche für Kinder jederzeit erfüllt!

Tolles Hotel. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich und eine hervorragende Küche, sind die Highlights in diesem Hotel. Preis/Leistung top! Negativ sind höchstens der schwache W-Lan Empfang und das schlechte Fernsehbild. Ansonsten würden wir dort immer wieder hinfahren.

Great Hotel in a wonderful valley

The Hotel was booked as a last Minute long weekend break for our family. Situated roughly mid way down a stunning valley in autumn colours, On arrival the hotel lived up to our hopes. The reception was very friendly and helpful with the welcome drink much appreciated. The room, on the 3rd floor with great views down the valley and paragliders landing, had plenty of space for the four of us and was kept very clean. Only remarks regarding the room were that the room was quite warm and the vanishing pillows, both easily resolved. The swimming pool was great, for all the boys, the in&outdoor whirlpool very relaxing. Wellness is not for us so I can not comment on that aspect. We decided to only take B&B and explore local villages but breakfast was great and staff always helpful & friendly. The evenings spent in the bar were very enjoyable with barman Kostas looking after us! Thanks for your great service and smile. We loved our stay and definitely consider coming back.

A relaxing stay

We stayed for one night at the Sport hotel. The spa facilities were perfect and offered all that one could wish for in a spa. However, dinner was a bit disappointing, as the service was very slow and unattentive. Breakfast however was great, offering a wide selection of fresh drinks, bread and cheeses. We very much enjoyed the buffet. We personally liked the bed in our room less, but that is very individual. Overall a relaxing stay in a great location.

Beautiful Austrian Alpine experience

Superb large hotel with amazing facilities and wonderfully welcoming staff. Excellent food (take the half board option) and great views up the valley to the Stubai glacier. Easy 30 minute bus ride from the main train station in Innsbruck.
