1st room a/c went out in the middle of the night, woke up sweating. Night attendant was able to move me to another room. 2nd room a/c didn't work at all, tv would not work, and entry way lights did not work, finally the 3rd room i moved to i was able to get rest.

The employees were friendly but the room we were in was not clean. The bathroom floor had trash on it and it was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. The bathroom also has some maintenance needs around the shower and tub to keep the water from creating mold and rot around the tub.

I really didn't like anything about this hotel! First of all ,there was no breakfast and no snacks nor anything that u could purchase.The first room i had,had no smoke detached, the curtains was stained so bad,the sheets on the bed were dirty and had hair on them,the drain in the bathroom sink was split,air conditioning unit was nasty,like it was never cleaned since it been opened! Then they moved us to another room where i had no shower curtain,and everything in the room that was made of wood was ate up!

The hotel was super hot. It had a very strong smell. It had bird feces all on the ground as you walk in. It was just not the cleanest at all.

I can't say I would stay here again. While the hotel was relatively quiet, it was in terrible condition. My shower completely flooded the bathroom floor which I learned was still covered in whatever soap they used to mop the floor as I slid and almost busted my face on the slick sud covered floor. It was a handicap shower and the water was not properly contained, leaving it to rush out into the floor. I had to request a lot of towels to keep the floor dryer. MOLD everywhere. The baseboards behind the bed and all through the room were covered making the room smell pretty bad. The whole room floor was slick with mop leftovers and stayed damp from the humidity. TV remote did not work. On my last morning before checkout out, the lady doing house keeping was screaming irately at either another member of the staff or possibly on the phone, I could not tell from the peep hole, but she was cussing in the hallway and yelling other profanities. I thought it was another guest until I saw her inter the room across the hall with her cart. I was not able to get breakfast in the morning because other guests had cleaned it out and it was never restocked after the first rush leaving only tea packets on the counter.

Well, the power decided to go out around 9pm. We had no A/C for the entire night. The power never came back on the next day. There also is no breakfast being served when it says on the website when booking that there is a breakfast.

The property is under construction, has a very stale smell in the hallways. The carpet in the room is moist. The rooms curtains have stains all over them. The parking lot is not very safe lots of tools from the renovation they’re having are everywhere and the handicap ramp is not safe for people to walk there on.

The lobby doors didn’t lock. The tiles in lobby and hall ways are cracked and move under your feet. The lobby smells of mold or legionnaires disease. No breakfast available which I feel like we paid for as advertised. No coffee ever in lobby even though there was a coffee station. Our room was not cleaned on arrival. Floor didn’t look mopped. Affrin nose spray and sock from previous guest by bed. Bathroom mirror had someone else’s splashes all over it. Dollar store price tag on back of bathroom door, the size of a coffee cup not small price tag. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I will be notifying Whyndham resorts and asking for compensation for all the uncomfortable things we had to go through. Staff was pleasant and we did tip our house cleaning staff ever day to make sure our room was cleaned properly.

Review of this property.

The overall stay was very pleasant, staff was great, so the complaints are not against them it against the owners of the Hotel. However I do have a complaints. 1. IT TAKES 15 MINUTES TO GET HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER, IT WASN'T JUST ONE DAY IT WAS THE WHOLE TRIP 3 DAYS. The hotel looks great on the outside but really could use updating. 2. You advertise breakfast but do not have it. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! If you are not going to serve breakfast then take it off your website. Instead people have to spend more money for breakfast. I do plan on contacting the Better Business bureau regarding this. Maybe then you will do something about this.
