The hotel is in great location, 5 minute from main attractions. There are great restaurants and shops as soon as you step out of property. Because property is so centralized the noise from the busy street can be a little distracting. Personally I don’t have a problem with this but I can understand how it might be distracting to others. Overall amazing experience!

Review Unfortunately, my experience at B&B HOTEL Milano Duomo Velasca was very disappointing. The reception service was especially frustrating. My room was not ready on time, and the following day, after spending the day sightseeing, I returned to the hotel and was rudely asked why I had not checked out—even though I had booked the room for several nights. There was apparently a technical issue with my reservation, and I understand that mistakes happen. However, instead of approaching the situation professionally and working with me to figure out what had happened, I was met with accusations and an attitude that made me feel like I had done something wrong. I had proof of my reservation, and I expected the staff to at least work with me to resolve the issue. The location also did not feel particularly safe. It is essentially in the Times Square of Milan—very busy, crowded, and chaotic. The hotel itself seemed very new, with work still being done throughout the building, and unfortunately the service reflected a lack of experience. The room was actually one of the better parts: it was spacious, attractive, and had a nice view of the Duomo. However, even the room had issues. The small elevators take a very long time, the shower is poorly designed and allows water to run all over the bathroom floor, and there was a dead cockroach in my room. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements, because the experience was far below what I expected

Great location! Clean and modern hotel with up to date amenities such as elevator and air conditioning. Staff was friendly and front desk is available 24 hours. We had an early flight home and they helped get a taxi at 5am in the morning. I highly recommend this place!

Stay away!! This hotel is VERY dumpy and bare bones. Cleanliness is questionable, it reminds me of a hostel. Location is great but not worth it, spend a bit more and get a better hotel. The WORST part is the noise, the walls are paper thin and the hotel is on a train track, trains pass every 2-5 mins and it sounds like a plane landing. Kept me up all night every night. Truly this place should be out of business.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Muy cerca del Duomo. El desayuno está bien si bajas a las 8 ya a las 9 no hay la mitad de los productos y no los teponen porqur se le acaban. Nosotros reservamos y pagamos por una hab standard de 2 camas y nos dieron una para discapacitados de una sola cama y no lo pudieron solucionar. Por este motivo es asi de mala la calificación.

O hotel tem a seu favor a excelente localização, poucas quadras da Duomo. É um bom hotel, pequeno, mas o suficiente para poucos dias. Atendimento na recepção muito cordial e solícito. Não tem mensageiro para malas. O elevador é que era muito lento (ambos, um bem pequeno, inclusive), e era um labirinto para chegar no quarto, a depender de qual elevador pegar. Quarto bem pequeno, mas cama confortável. No 1o dia colocaram toalhas para somente 1 pessoa e ficou tarde pra pedir mais. As "comodidades" são refis reabastecidos, como a maioria, mas precisa identificar com letras grandes o que é o que, pois quem precisa de óculos para ler, não sabe qual é shampoo, qual é sabonete líquido ou condicionador. Café da manhã, o básico necessário, máquina para cappuccino e etc.

Sijainti hyvä lähellä Duomoa. Raitiovaunuliikenteen melu kuului hyvin huoneeseen, mutta jos se ei haittaa niin aivan ok hotelli. Aamiainen oli keskitasoa.
