Location is great! Very close to MRT station and shopping with walkable distance to restaurants. Room is very spacious compared to other Asia hotels. Nice to have the room safe and plenty of bottled water for the 30 degree C temps. Bathroom is large and luxurious with a large tub and TV. Front desk staff are very courteous & helpful and spoke some English.

10/10 Exceptional

The towels were thick, large, and very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located in Taipei and close to the station, so it was easy to come back and rest during sightseeing. The staff were excellent — when I almost lost my key card, they immediately offered to help. I’d definitely love to stay here again when I visit Taiwan next time.

Good overall stay. Small rooms , esp those without windows, however no real concerns. Service Level good as well and breakfast included was decent. Location is great and the biggest benefit for this hotel.

8/10 Very good

Staff was very friendly. I like the shampoo, shower gel and soap provided. Smells great and my hair was smooth after shampoo without need of hair conditioner. I stayed in the junior king, love the bathroom and soak tub with tv. Though small details in room cleaning needs improvement. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

6/10 Good

Location is superb. This is the third time I stay in this hotel but I found the quality of room makeup has a lot to improve. The door of my room was not closed securely twice after room makeup, even though I have informed the staff after the first time. Amenities are not properly refilled every time after room makeup.
