They need to update their rooms bathrooms. Everything in my bathroom was broke , toilet, tub drain and air conditioning was leaking on floor

I think the issue was with the air conditioning most likely. It worked fine, but I think it was leaking. I walked in the room when I first arrived and it was very musty. When I walked near the AC the carpet was wet enough to soak my socks. I didn't complain as it was 1:00 am and I checked out at 7:30 am. Otherwise nice friendly staff, comfortable bed.

Front desk girl named Chai was the most pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff member. She was the best at making sure you had a pleasant stay! Nice outdoor pool but a lot for stairs to get to front desk. Hotel is located behind the Radisson Hotel Louisville North which I stayed at the night before. I preferred this hotel over the Radisson, especially with the money you save.

The room was ok nothing like the website portrayed. The staff was friendly. I had to pay a $50 deposit incase any damages were done to the room which I've never had to do. I better not see that charge on my card. I won't be returning.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The property was difficult to find and appeared quite dated. As soon as we entered, there was a very strong musty/mildew smell, and the room felt damp and humid. There was visible mildew on the ceiling, which was concerning. The deadbolt on the door also did not work, which made us uncomfortable from a safety standpoint. Overall, the condition and smell of the room made it difficult to feel comfortable during our stay. I understand that older properties can have some wear and tear, but cleanliness, moisture issues, and a functioning door lock are basic expectations. Hopefully these issues can be addressed for future guests.

It was ok, the room was pretty clean and nice and cool. There was a lot of trash in the hallways that was picked up. An old property in need of fixing up. Check in process was very smooth and staff was friendly.
