El hotel es nuevo, pero no cuenta con espejo para para poder verte completa. Las camas son sumamente duras las almohadas son terriblemente malas, las habitaciones no las limpian bien. No puedes dormir porque ruidos demasiado fuerte fuerte. Ni con tapones de oídos duermes bien.

I want to raise a concern about how staff handled a registered guest during my stay. The guest was properly registered, and the documentation was already in your system. Despite this, staff repeatedly asked both my guest and me to confirm her registration instead of checking the records. This happened every time the guest entered the hotel and came across as rude and unnecessary. This could have been avoided if staff relied on the system already in place. I’m sharing this so it can be addressed and does not happen again. Aside from this situation, everything else was OK.

The property is wonderful. The neighborhood is wonderful. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are fine. What’s my problem my room faced the street and on the weekends till 3 AM. There were people singing and screaming and laughing right on the street level. It was so loud. it was absolutely insane. I left the hotel early because I just couldn’t handle the noise I mean just unbelievable loud

I’m really disappointed with my check-in experience at this hotel. The front desk receptionist was uncooperative, rude, and seemed to lack basic communication skills. I explained multiple times that I was only staying for about four hours to wait out the rain and head to the airport to fly back, and that my girlfriend would be stopping by for just an hour. Despite that, she refused to let her come in without charging extra. In the end, I paid over $90 for a stay that lasted only about three hours simply because the receptionist couldn’t understand or work with a simple situation. The customer service was terrible, and I wouldn’t book here again. I’d strongly suggest others avoid this place as well.

Very clean very nice staff excellent location it’s walking distance to el poblado the staff is very honest as well I was checking out I had left a skirt with money inside and the staff ran out to my uber and gave my my skirt with the money inside still I loved the honesty and appreciate it I will most definitely come back and stay here when I come back next year!!
