Very clean and comfortable room for the price. We were four people who stayed in one room and had a very good visit based on the price we payed. Everything was clean and nice. Very good location to get everywhere in London.

We were looking forward to relaxing in the evening and watching the TV but there was no remote. Our message asking where to find it was ignored. Overall the accommodation was pretty basic but still represents value for money in a good location. The cleaning staff was happy to handover my fur stole when I returned later as it had slipped down the back of the sofa.

El apartamento no se parece a las fotos. Todo es más pequeño, más viejo y un poco más estropeado. Sin embargo, está limpio, tienes todo lo que necesitas (aunque el sofá cama es horrible para la espalda) y está muy bien comunicado en un barrio tranquilo y precioso. Repetiría si me aseguran que no me tengo que alojar en el apartamento del sótano.

Fold out bed was disgustingly uncleen and felt like lying on concrete, feet was a dangerous hazard my daughter sat on the couch and sxraped her back against this stupid idea from the landlord to attach the feet like this! Absolute idiot. Dreadful experience and will never return. Can only recommend to avoid this place. Kettle was disgusting and full of grime, toilet seat was falling apart and shower head had nozzles missing. Hated this experience.

Great location, lovely small apartment. Perfect for a couple for an overnight stay in central London. 5 minute walk to Baker street tube station. Communication from the owner was excellent, kept checking we had all the details to check in ok. Will definitely return.

Tudo ok, banheiro um pouco avariado precisando reformar o piso, apenas uma panela para cozinhar, e t0 extremamente quente sem possibilidade de abrir janelas para entrada de ar, era preciso ir para fora para conseguir se maquiar por exemplo porque dentro era muito quente sem ar condicionado sem ventoinha. Mas pelo preço é pra quem só vai para dormir, estava bom e a localização ótima próximo de todos pontos turísticos possíveis graças ao metro. Então acho que apenas uma ventoinha já melhoraria em épocas de verão.

Dåligt! Man bokar ett rum för två personer och när man kommer så är det en säng på 90cm och den andra personen ska få sova på golvet på en madrass. Ingen hjälp när man kontaktade personalen. Orent och ingen AC!

Great accommodation in amazing location. All information for self check on was provided on a timely manner. My only suggestion is they should provide tea, coffee, and sugar as courtesy, since the kettle and mugs are already there. Other than that the studio has everything you need and there's a grocery shop very close by.

Room and bathroom was clean. Towels provided and great instructions that made the entry and exit easy. TV didn’t connect to internet for some reason, but confident if I had mentioned it, it would have been sorted. I was only there one night so wasn’t bothered. Could do with a few more bits, spoons, tea towels, etc. All in all a good place to stay.

Ok overnatnings sted, uden bemanding. Det fungerede godt med kodelåse på dørene. Lejlighed var med dobbeltseng (140) Opredning på sove sofa, hvor to personer skulle kunne sove det var slet ikke muligt og sovesofa er meget ubekvem. Noget slidt og mangelfuldt service i køkken

Pluses: Location was good on a fairly quiet street. Utilities all fine. Big fan in the room, and windows could open, which were both plus points on the hottest week of the year. Size is ok, but only for one person. However the room was a bit tired and unattractive (overlarge ugly bin in the middle of the room, leftover items on worktops, sink with a gaping plughole, odd bottles in shower) and the pillows seemed to be made of old cotton wool balls. The security handle/door thing was very irritating on first arrival, quite unforgiving, but it seemed to work after that. Overall, not bad for London, but a bit of TLC is required.

While my family and I were sitting inside the apartment, very large pieces of glass fell from above and narrowly missed us. It was a very frightening experience. My son, who has special needs, is still scared by what happened, and my one-year-old daughter was also extremely frightened. What made the situation even more concerning was that I could see more large pieces of glass hanging loose above us, which appeared at risk of falling. I reported the incident, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. We stayed during very hot weather, and my daughter was unwell. I requested a fan and was told one would be provided, but it never arrived.

Notre expérience fut plaisante dans l'ensemble, L'appartement était plutôt propre et très bien situé. Néanmois quelques petits points négatifs comme l'isolation, le pommeau de douche endommagé et le calcaire dans l'eau du lavabo de la cuisine

Très déçue par ce logement, en raison de sa mauvaise isolation. Les températures étant élevées à Londres pendant mon séjour, l'absence de climatisation a rendu les conditions très inconfortables. Il faisait plus chaud à l'intérieur de l'appartement qu'à l'extérieur, notamment dans la salle de bain, ce qui rendait difficile le fait de s'y préparer. De plus, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a été particulièrement contraignant en période de fortes chaleurs, puisqu'il était impossible de conserver de l'eau ou des aliments au frais.
