Ac wasn’t cold and no parking

That was a disaster. My family of four couldn’t stay in the room. We had to find an emergency stay, which by itself was a challenge and expensive. The room was not ready for us. No bed sheets or towels. In addition, there were bed sheets clumped up, likely from the previous guest. Also, I was not able to get the AC running cold. AC in Manaus is a must because it is too hot and humid. Communication was challenging and I am requesting a refund which will be another ballgame. I hope Expedia will help me.

Apesar de atender os dias que precisamos, a unidade precisa de reforma, vários pontos de fomo e de tomadas não funcionais. A cama de solteiro deixa muito a desejar, mais dura que deitar e uma madeira direto. A porta do armário está quebrada e solta no meio do quarto. Precisa de mais carinho e cuidado

Em uma nota de 0 a 10 minha nota è 3 E esses 3 pontos è pela localizacao e piscina porque de resto minha experiencia foi pessoa, quarto sujo, cama rasgada, Lencois cheirando po, cortina rasgada, e o pior de todos em uma cidade de 50 Graus o ar no funciona, passamos muito muito muito calor, some conseguir dormir e o pior de tudo o anfitriao è uma grossa não respeita coloca a culpa em você por onde você olha tem sujeira, a cama você deita ela afunda!!!!PIOR EXPERIENCIA DA MINHA VIDA FOI FICAR NOS FLATS DESSA PESSOA NUNCA MAIS ISSO È ENGANAÇAO

Viagem em Família. 🏖️

Pelo custo-benefício foi boa. Estão faltando apenas alguns pequenos reparos na acomodação, como troca de lâmpadas queimadas, apenas uma funcionando, ar-condicionado pingando água. Para uma diária até que é funcional.
