Hotel Live Max Niigata Nagaoka Station
"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. First off, the location is unbeatable—close to great dining, local attractions, and easy transit options. The hotel itself was top-tier, featuring exceptionally clean rooms that were pristine and comfortable. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the outstanding staff; everyone went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for. We'll definitely be returning!"
ryugon
"By far the coolest and most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at, would highly recommend. Extremely peaceful atmosphere and the onsen was amazing. I would come back 100x over"
Yukemurinoyado Yukinohana
"A lovely Japanese style accomodation. Refreshing to see that shoes are off limits at the property and they provide good lockers for the shoes. Private baths and onsens are available for a soak after a day out to explore. Breakfast is good too though the timings of breakfast are a tad early but best way to start the day ! :)"
Livemax Resort Echigo Yuzawa
"Position is convenient for train and restaurants. Onsen area was fabulous alternating temperature between the 2 pools each day. All the personal care items you need. Microwave on each floor is handy. There was at least 1 english speaking staff on front counter at all times. Dinner a little expensive but food was nice."
Trip7 Yuzawa Sky Onsen Hotel
"Checkout staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The onsen was welcoming for foreigners and we were informed tattoos were okay too, which was an unexpected surprise. Amenities (including robe for the onsen) were provided and there were vending machines easily accessible as well. Short walk to Yuzawa Station so it was very convenient. Compared to other properties in the area, it was nice to stay in a hotel with a private bathroom for only a slight price increase from hostel-style accommodations. Would recommend!"
Hotel Route Inn Nagaoka Ekimae
"Clean room, helpful staff, and overall clean hotel. Close to train station. Would stay here again."
Hotel Hokke Club Niigata Nagaoka
"チェックインはスムーズでした。お部屋もきれいでした。大浴場があるので、寒い時期にはとてもありがたかったです。朝食はひと通りの新潟のものがいただけるのでお得な気持ちになりました。チェックアウト後は、荷物を預けるのも駅から近いので、便利でした。"
