This is an amazing place, gorgeous house. Cachi and and his wife, Gaby, the owners, were so kind and ready to make anything happened. Irma the housekeeper/chef made great food and was very kind. We had a minor issue with the hot water in our reserved room which was quickly fixed but Cachi upgraded us to a big suite with better views and a jacuzzi. This property was great. Clean, high quality, ocean view, everything we hoped it would be. The only problem we had was the hot water going out four times followed by a few attempts in communication with follow up.

I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean, and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach. Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. A Big Thank you Vallarta Live Hotel !

My family really enjoyed staying at La Puesta. The views are spectacular, we loved waking up to see and hear the ocean everyday. The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely curated. My kids (7&9) loved the pool and slide. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect because it was quiet, away from the noise of the town center, but a convenient 10 minute walk (or couple minute golf cart) ride into town. Definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.

Zona Z was beyond everything one could hope for a relaxing beach vacation. Siggy, Mark, Marcela and staff were as delightful as they were helpful at every turn. The room was so quiet (even with construction in the neighborhood). Our in-room massages and covid tests allowed us to stay relaxed and pampered throughout the entire trip. This was the first of many wonderful stays for us at Zona Z.

The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus.
I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items. Also two bottles of water every day was a nice touch.
The room was spacious, and staff was very welcoming.
I could find a few things to complain about, but for the price I paid, I don’t want to.

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

It's a great property. It's a little bit off the beaten path. Ubers are pretty cheap from here. If you have done an all inclusive and are ready to step out a little bit into more of a real Mexico vibe without having to worry about safety concerns and the hustle of PV this is probably your place.

My girlfriend and I are 29 years old and were looking for a quiet beach with amazing service to enjoy each other's company and this place was perfect. We went in February and had the run of the place. Anywhere we wanted to be on the beach was free and the best views at each restaurant were always available when we...

I was here for three nights in February 2024 and had an enjoyable stay. The front desk team of Joseph and Neo were friendly and supportive. The room was spacious and the shower was huge and divine. I also liked the rooftop pool as an escape from the town when I needed it. I recommend this place if you want a nice hotel near the downtown of Sayulita. It kind of felt like an oasis in the busy town.

This is easily one of my favorite trips to mexico. Veronica at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, as well as the servers, were all beyond amazing. I had the villa, which felt like literally, I was living in a one bedroom villa, and it was magical. I can't wait to go back.

Book for the cheapest times: Visiting Puerto Vallarta on a budget is a fantastic opportunity to explore its rich cultural and historical landmarks. The most affordable time to visit is from September to November, when hotel prices may drop, offering lower prices and great value for money. For a well-rounded experience of the city's notable landmarks, history, and culture—including its beaches, sunsets, sea, excursions, relaxing, art, entertainment, tours, dining, and dancing—it's recommended to plan a stay of at least 4 to 5 days. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Vallarta while keeping your trip budget-friendly.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To explore savings for your Puerto Vallarta trip, start by checking out Dealsopens in new window on Hotels.com. You could find last-minute offers by browsing the Last-Minute Deals section, where discounted hotel rates may be available near your travel date. By enabling email alerts or push notifications, you're more likely to see flash sales and special promotions. Plus, the Smart Shopping tool in the app lets you compare hotel prices and amenities, so if rooms become available or prices drop, you'll be informed promptly for a potential last-minute getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate based on various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a better deal on your stay in a Puerto Vallarta hotel. For those interested in unique accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalized experience and can sometimes offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you whether the price for your selected dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could help you save.
Consider your location: Hotels near the city center usually tend to cost more, but thanks to Puerto Vallarta's excellent public transportation, you might find a more affordable independent hotel further out that's still well connected. For those interested in exploring alternative, less crowded neighborhoods or even lesser-known nearby cities, there is often excellent value for money. Choosing these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
