地下鉄駅からは多少の距離はありますが、閑静な住宅地のなかにありとても静かで快適な滞在ができました。近くにコープさっぽろやサツドラがあり、買い物に不自由はしません。電子レンジや洗濯機、冷蔵庫、鍋や食器なども完備されていて、とても便利で快適な利用ができました。掃除も行き届いていました。部屋の両側が大きな窓になっており、明るく開放感のあるお部屋です。
