The lamp in the bathroom out of 3 light bulb only one was working. The roof looks like it was repaired but the finishing texture does not look good. The rest was great excellent AC and the beds are super nice.

furniture broken in room, wifi did not reach room, pool nasty, front desk personnel untrained and inattentive - was visiting with family in lobby instead of responding to dinged bell, front desk allowed person go into kitchen after hours to eat (unclean and stealing food), electric plugs on bed did not work, bath soap container in room was empty, an overall terrible experience.

Pleasant though distant fro main Texas A&M campus.

Very nice room (King Suite) that contained a Jacuzzi which, unfortunately, we did not have time to use. Would have preferred an extra loveseat. It was a little difficult to get into the hotel parking lot since the main driveway is a bit hard to find and on a busy street - four lanes with fast-moving traffic. But overall, a good experience with all the expected amenities.

Nightmare hotel!!

The staff is horrible. The lady at the front desk in the morning is a ratchet horrible woman that doesn’t understand. Do not stay here. They will treat you horribly.

Hotel should provide what you need

We were booked for 4 people but did not have whar we needed in the room for 4 people and the staff didn't seem to care or know to resolve or know how to communicate. The breakfast was decent

Avoid this place at all costs

This hotel must game its ratings, because for having such a positive average, it really was horrible. Leftover trash in the hotel room upon check-in, only one towel provided in the room. State of the room was poor, hotel keys would not work for more than 8 hours before having to ask for replacement/fix. Workout room was borderline unsafe with its treadmills being in disrepair. Carpet in the hallways had many trip hazards. Morning breakfast was abysmal despite the hard work of one attendant - missing tons of items and mediocre food for what they did have. Truly an overall horrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointed

We booked a on with 2 queen beds and received a king with a pull out couch. The couch bed had a dirty sheet on it and it was covered in black hairs. They didn’t have enough towels for 3 of us to shower. They also didn’t have enough towels for their pool Some of the lightbulbs were out and some of the plugs didn’t work
