Friendly and super location
A super nice boutique hotel in the Milan city centre. Most things are within walking distance which was great for us. The hotel is very stylish, rooms are as we expected not that big but for me it was absolutely fine. The staff is really friendly, gave us a lot of local tips on what to do. Perfect for a Milan weekend I would say.

A stylish and friendly place
The staff at the hotel were fantastic - very friendly and welcoming. Our room wasn't ready at 3pm for check-in and our bags weren't moved from left luggage to the room but the team were very apologetic and explained the mix up. I would definitely stay again.

Pros - Comfortable bed, good amenities, stylish decor in a larger than average room, good location for tram and metro, nice lobby with comfortable seating and pool table, good reception service - very attentive Cons- Not applicable to all rooms but we stayed in 406 and there was a faulty toilet which also led to a sewer odour. Our room appeared to be below a water tank or pipe, which meant we heard the sound of running water constantly. Overall, the hotel pros outweighed the negatives and we'd stay again - good value for money.

The breakfast was delicious though not very rich in variety. The room was really small including the bathroom being also small.
