Scammer and fraud! Be aware!!
This is a scam!!
We paid to stay here for two nights, however we never received keycodes to the front door. Also the provided phonenumber is not working and Cozy Cabins doesn't respond to an So far Cozy Cabins and Hotels.com refuse to pay us back our money.
Full story:
We had booked a cabin here through Hotels.com. After paying for the cabin Hotels.com notified us that we had to reach out to the owner to receive the check-in instructions since there is no front desk at the property. So we reached out. We contacted them multiple times, and although we did get a response from Cozy Cabins, we never received full check-in instructions.
When we arrived at the cabin to our big surprise both cabins (there are only two cabins) already had people in there. Also, we noticed the front doors of the cabins had a keylock for which we never received the code. Since there is no front desk we then tried calling Cozy Cabins for at least an hour, Cozy Cabins however never picked up the phone. We figured the cabins must have been double booked and we made different arrangements to spend the night.
We have since reached out to both Cozy Cabins and Hotels.com, but not only have we not received an apology, they're even refusing to pay us back the money that we paid for a cabin we did not get to stay in.
Our experience has been 0/10 stars, would not recommend!
