The room was booked to accommodate 4 adults which it did, however it was in the basement and felt a bit claustrophobic. I might not have booked if I knew ahead of time it was below ground. There was also a used bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Everything else looked clean and was probably just overlooked but still not a great thing to give you confidence that the room was cleaned properly. The staff was kind and the location great.

O hotel é novo ou reformado, muito bem localizado, próximo a Paddington Station e de várias lojas boas e boas lanchonetes/restaurantes. Funcionários muito gentis e prestativos. Quarto pequeno mas reformado, com ótima cama e ducha, cafeteira, único porém foi que meu quarto era no subsolo, não tinha janela. Gostei muito, voltarei com certeza.

Good Spot - solid choice for a London explore

Terrific location - just a short walk from Paddington Station. The hotel was easy to find, they offered water & coffee while we waited for our room. Convenient to restaurants, Hyde/Kensington Park, shops & very nice pub - The Victoria - 2 blocks away. Clean & quiet - our room was on the lower level -typical of many London hotels. Paddington Station has a grocery store, lots of convenient shops & Tube Station. City sites 20 minutes away on the Tube.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They’ve got me in earlier than the check-in time. The location is also convenient to access everywhere.

Great location, small room.

Overall stay was good. Room was extremely tiny, would have been perfect for one person but with two people and two carry on suitcases you could barely move. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, amenities were good. Very great location, lots of shops annd restaurants nearby and very close to the trains with Piccadilly Circus only minutes away. Only other complaint would be the shower. Water would cut in and out multiple times during a shower, was very hard and took a long time to actually clean.

Grand concerto hotel

Fint lite men koselig hotel. Sentral med bare 3 min til Paddington stasjon. Minus var at vi fikk rom helt nede ut mot bakgard. Pga innsyn og aktivitet i bakgård ble persiennen på vindu værende nede og vi følte oss litt innestengt.

Give this hotel a miss

My room was very small and at the time of are stay it was very warm and the fridge in the bedroom which had water in was not switched on so the washing was warm. On the day we departed a fire alarm went off st 7am which we did not appreciate as we had till 11am to check out . No communication from staff telling us what time reception was open till do the main doors lock at a certain time and upon checking out was never asked how are stay was i will not be stayed at this hotel again
