Stairs!
The room was bright and clean very near the beach. It is designed for younger people for sure. The adverts do not highlight that the bed is upstairs with toilet and shower only downstairs. The steps to the bedroom have no handrail and are steep… fortunately I was only staying for one night so I slept on the couch downstairs.

Great place! Clean and updated.
Amazing place to stay! Clean and updated, close to the market, beach and restaurants. The suites are very nice and inviting. Outside patio area was comfy and the bikes were a bonus. If you're looking for somewhere to stay close to the airport with all the amenities this will not disappoint you. We will be returning on our next trip to Greece.

Hidden gem near Athens airport with free transport
Transport was easy, especially pickup at airport. They sent photos with directions to find driver, very helpful. Suite was clean, modern, and close to shopping and food. Driver gave excellent recommendations for resturants. Beach is a 2 min walk and nice location. Water & juice was in refrigerator, a plus. Room was quiet even being by a road. Great for an overnight stay to get to the airport, but could have stayed longer.

We were only there for less than a day, but liked the Room, the owners and the proximity to the Airport and the Beach. We would like to stay there again in the future for more than a few days, at least. The Owner, who we believe was the Driver to the Airport, was ready with our ride at 3:30 AM, and took us directly to the Airport. The ride was free, but we tipped him, of course... We would recommend this Hotel.

Sketchy area AND items were stolen from suitcase
Room was nice for the few hours we spent in it. Close to the beach. Clean room and cold A/C. The area is a little ghetto. Homeless people were dumpster diving at the grocery store on the corner. We left our luggage here for 2 days and half of our belongings were stolen out of it along with ALL of our souvenirs from Athens. Not sure if it was a homeless person or the staff at this property since the suitcase itself was not taken. Property manager I spoke to claims it was locked up, and the cameras didn’t see anything. Basically said don’t know what to tell me. I trusted our stuff would be safe here and was disappointed nothing was done to help us get it back. (we had an AirTag in a stolen item showing the last known location was at this apartment) Andres (the driver) was very kind. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and definitely not for an extended time.

I booked this place for its closeness to the airport, about 15 minutes of drive, and the free taxi airport pick-up and drop-off it offers. But it turned out it had more to offer. It's one block from the beach. There're many restaurants nearby that the locals frequent. There're free bikes and beach towels on the premises. It's not only suitable as a jumping board to the airport but for days of laid back relaxation. My unit was a bit small with the bedroom being upstairs. But there're bigger units. Although relatively small, it's got all the basics in the washroom and the kitchen. And it's clean. Although there're no staff at the premises, they did their job behind the scene and fulfilled all my requirements.

Amazing hosts and location
It was amazing. Pre-stay communication was superb. The location couldn't have been better for a next day airport departure. They stocked the fridge and had expressions coffee maker and makings. Only downside was that bathroom was downstairs and bedroom was upstairs. But overall it was excellent.

I needed a very early a.m. transfer to the airport....it was seamless, so easy. Mr Alekos communicated with this slightly anxious traveler very well and very clearly. After a hard days travel I had cold juice, water, and bread sticks awaiting. Mr. Alekos suggested a couple of restuarants within a close walk and the food was delicious and the portions were large. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Alekos Luxury Suites.

The communication and service provided by the property was amazing. Beautiful apartments, very clean. Outside seating area a huge plus. Very modern and nice. The location was great. Very close to local beach and restaurants. The area in between the apartment and beach is not very developed yet but seemed safe and very quick walk. Another great thing was the free shuttle transportation. Very punctual and patient. The owner was very generous and kind. Even gave us a little welcome gift:) would definitely go back!

The property was quiet, well kept and clean. It’s also located in a very good accessible restaurant area and the beach too! They had bikes to let and the rooms were stocked up with water and coffee and breadsticks. There is also a market about 300ft away. The airport transfer is also very punctual. Good place to stay if you want to be close to airport or just want to be outside of Athens center

What we like: This is a beautifully apppointed apartment hotel. We booked a unit for 2 people that had a loft bedroom. The decor was nice. I also like the patio area that belongs to each unit that I actually lounged on. I appreciate the complimentary shuttles from and to airport because another apartment hotel in the area that we tried only provides one way complimentary shuttle. Both ways is what I am used to in all places I have stayed. The apartment hotel is a couple minutes to the beach and 5-10 minutes to restaurants on foot. Very convenient. We had a table on the sandy beach for our dinner in one of the restaurants recommended by the shuttle driver. Greek dishes that were good and not like the Mediterranean food in the US. What can be improved: Provide a night light by the stairs near the bedroom. When I tried to go downstairs to use the bathroom in the dark, I almost fell because there were a couple of steps that are not attached to the dividing wall so it could become a "cliff". A microwave would make it even more convenient to us. The areas that are heavily used such as shower need detailed cleaning every so often. For example, the tiles and grout near the bottom of the walls are stained. Have the guest enter the passcode and open the entry door during check in. We couldn't open the door despite having the correct code. Would we recommend this place. YES! And we will come back when we are in the area again..
