The best things about this hotel are the excellent location and the friendly staff. Situated at the top of the Spanish steps this hotel is ideally located to explore Rome, with most of the main sights within 30-40 mins walk or easily accessible by tube. The staff are very friendly and willing to help whenever they could. The rooms are a little tired but ok for just sleeping if you’re planning on being out most of the day.

I was a wonderful property the location was great. Close to everything. The building we were in was a bit away from the breakfast area, there were many many steps to get there but it helped walk off all the food we ate!

We loved the location of the hotel as we were able to walk to many of the sights that we wanted to see in Rome. We were in the upper part of the hotel and view from the hallway was spectacular. We also had a nice view from our window. The room was comfortable, very clean and thoughtfully appointed and breakfast was very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
