Thanks to Josiah for the smooth check-in and fulfilling all my additional requests perfectly. The entire team including Rachel, Chelsea and Sheena were most attentive during the 7 days that my wife and I stayed at the Bel Air Hotel. The apartment had two bedrooms, both very clean and the shower was spacious and always provided hot water when used. The air conditioning got the apartment super cool, something needed in Guyana! The place was spotless, the staff were happy to clean the apartment as requested, so thanks to the cleaners also! Not a sign of any issues, the bed was comfortable and clean. I would happily go back to stay again at the Bel Air Hotel.

The property management team is polite and accommodating. Due to last minute changes in my trip, they were more than willing to accommodate my reservation alterations with no questions asked. I will DEFINITELY continue to use them as my primary hotel when traveling to Guyana for business.
