Very clean and comfortable

Hotel was super clean and comfortable. Nice bathtub and shower, and big window with a view of the museum of nature. I reallt enjoyed using the kitchen but i had to buy some staples like salt and oil. The coffee maker didnt work super well but everything else was in good condition. Also location was perfect.

The check in is smooth and convenient, because we are just following pre-set instructions to check in. The room was spacious and tidy, however when we ask for the sofa bed to be setup, all we get is an instruction from the chat to tell you “how to setup for yourself”, the sofa bed is really heavy and we eventually give up trying…... Also, the Air conditioning is really loud, and it somehow affects our sleeps.

The room was a good size, nicely designed, and well located. However, the sofa bed was a disaster. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable — it felt like it was just springs with no padding. Our two children ended up having to sleep on the main sofa instead. Also, the bathroom was missing shower soap. Overall, we were very disappointed.

Appartement propre et bien localisé, à améliorer

L'appartement est très propre et bien localisé. Le check-in en ligne est facile et les infos pour l'accüs sont pratiques. Par contre réservation pour 4 personnes, le canapé lit n'était pas prêt, les draps étaient dans le placard et nous avons dû faire le lit. Le lit dans la chambre est incroyablement grand et confortable, ce qui contraste avec le canapé lit au matelas très fin (on sent les barrre du lit), creu (on se tombe l'un sur l'autre) et hyper inconfortable. Dommage car 2 personnes sur 4 ont extrêmement mal dormi alors que le reste de l'appart est juste parfait. Le plus pour le café disponible pour le matin.

Okay apart from the noise

Impossible to sleep if you need to use the air conditioning. It is like having a jet engine in the room. I wondered why ear plugs were supplied in the bedroom until I heard the noise. Very large bed and very comfortable. Very close to the Museum of Nature which was perfect for our visit.

Okay stay

Photos of property are not accurate. This is an old hotel that has been semi updated, not a condo. Still has outdated features and rooms are severely lacking storage. The full kitchen was convenient. Onsite parking is very tight, cannot park with anything larger than a small SUV. Decent location but can be noisy at night, hotel did provide ear plugs.

Sonder stay

I asked for an early check in which was around 9 am which was agreed upon by the person on the phone but when my gf and I showed up it turned out the note he made was just that I wanted to check in early but not at what time. So we had to wait in the hotel lobby from 9 am until 4 pm to check in ! Besides that the stay was amazing and I would come again (as long as the correct notes are made)
